The picks remain useful as a map of the category’s range, but the prices in that article are historical: current manufacturer listings confirm updated regional details for selected Tissot and Citizen references, while availability and pricing for every model are not established here.
What counts as an integrated-bracelet watch?
“Integrated bracelet” describes a design, not a watch function. The bracelet joins the case in a way that makes the two look and feel like parts of one design, rather than a conventional strap or a bracelet attached through prominent, separate lugs. The boundary is subjective, and Fratello noted debate over how broadly to apply the label. Its five picks were modern sports watches selected for that visual connection.

The category’s shared look does not make these watches interchangeable. Their case dimensions, bracelet shapes, movements and styling differ substantially, so compare exact references and measurements rather than relying on a model-family name.

How to choose among the five
Start with fit, not diameter alone
Case diameter is only one part of how a watch wears. Lug-to-lug length gives another useful clue about how much wrist the case spans; thickness affects how high it sits. The 2023 figures put the Straum Jan Mayen at 45.82 mm lug-to-lug and the Citizen NJ0150 at 49 mm. Yema’s Urban Traveller was listed at 43.5 mm in length, alongside a 39 mm case. Those measurements suggest different wrist footprints, but wrist shape and bracelet articulation also matter. Try the specific reference on if fit is a priority.
Look closely at the bracelet
Integrated bracelets are a prominent part of each watch’s design, so inspect more than the case-to-bracelet transition. Link shape, taper, clasp adjustment and how the bracelet drapes around the wrist all affect comfort and appearance. Fratello’s Jan Mayen specifications give a taper from 24.82 mm at the case to 18 mm; that is a concrete point of comparison, but does not establish the bracelet’s adjustability or comfort for every wearer.
Match the movement to your use
The PRX appears in both quartz and automatic versions, so first decide whether you want a battery-powered movement or a mechanical one. Among the automatic models, reserve figures are not directly comparable unless tied to the exact reference and source: Fratello reported 68 hours for the Jan Mayen and 40 for the Citizen NJ0150/1 in 2023, while current Citizen market listings differ in their stated reserve. A longer reserve can be convenient if you rotate watches, but it is only one factor; service, accuracy and personal preference also matter.
Choose the styling you will actually wear
Fratello praised the PRX’s stamped dial texture and the Citizen’s choice of dial options. The Tudor Royal offers a more size-specific decision, including a 41 mm day-date version; the author expressed a personal preference for the smaller Royal sizes. Treat those judgments as guidance about the author’s taste, not objective rankings. Consider dial color, markers, finishing and whether the watch suits the occasions you have in mind.

Check water resistance and materials on the exact reference
The models’ water resistance and materials should be confirmed against the precise reference and its market page. For example, Tissot’s US listing for PRX Powermatic 80 reference T137.407.11.051.00 specifies a sapphire crystal and 100 m water resistance, while Citizen’s Italy listing for NJ0150-81E specifies sapphire glass and 5 bar water resistance. Do not assume those details apply to every PRX or NJ0150 variant.
Current listed prices and specifications for selected references
These manufacturer listings were checked October 8, 2026. They cover particular references and regions, not every version in Fratello’s roundup; listed prices can change.
| Exact reference and market | Listed price | Manufacturer-stated details |
|---|---|---|
| Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 T137.407.11.051.00, United States | $850 | 40 mm diameter; 10.93 mm thick; 100 m water resistance; sapphire crystal; up to 80 hours of power reserve |
| Corresponding listed Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 reference, United Kingdom | £640 | The UK product page lists the reference at this regional price |
| Citizen NJ0150-56W, Japan | ¥66,000 including tax | Caliber 8210; approximately 42-hour reserve; 11.7 mm thick; sapphire crystal; steel case and bracelet; 5 bar water resistance |
| Citizen Tsuyosa NJ0150-81E, Italy | €299 | 40 mm case; steel case and bracelet; sapphire glass; 5 bar water resistance; 40-hour reserve |
The Tissot US and UK pages describe regional listings, so their prices are not currency conversions or a universal price. Citizen’s Japan and Italy listings are for different NJ0150 references and state different reserve figures; keep each specification with its exact model rather than combining them into one generalized NJ0150 specification.

What is not confirmed as current
Fratello’s five-watch article dates to August 2023, so its prices should be treated as a snapshot rather than current quotes. Current regional manufacturer listings provide more recent price and specification details for the particular Tissot and Citizen references above. Yema’s official Urban Traveller page search result showed a $596 sale price against a $890 regular price, and described the YEMA2000 as having a 42-hour reserve and a stated daily rate of ±10 seconds. Because that page was crawled roughly 1.3 years before the October 2026 check, the price and availability are not verified as current. Check Yema’s Urban Traveller page.
A fresh complete verification of every Straum Jan Mayen and Tudor Royal variant is not established here. Before buying, verify the precise model, local price, availability, dimensions, specifications and warranty with the manufacturer or an authorized seller. The article’s 2023 figures are useful for understanding the original selection, not proof that every listed variant remains on sale.
Which pick makes the most sense?
Use the list as a shortlist, then narrow it by size, bracelet fit, movement and local price. The PRX offers the clearest split between quartz and automatic choices; the Jan Mayen is the most specification-distinctive pick in the 2023 article, with its stated G101 movement and tapered bracelet; the Citizen NJ0150 is the most accessible by the roundup’s historical euro prices; the Urban Traveller pairs a 39 mm case with a reported 43.5 mm length; and the Royal has three size choices, including a 41 mm day-date. None is a universal winner: the right choice depends on which exact reference fits your wrist and priorities.
