The Furlan Marri x Time+Tide Outback Elegy, reference 2222-A, is a retired 37.5 mm automatic watch made as a Time+Tide collaboration. Its brown sector dial, rose-gold-toned details and La Joux-Perret G100 movement define the model; the announced edition was limited to 150 pieces. The brand now lists it as retired, so its original launch price is historical context—not a current price or indication of stock.
What is the Furlan Marri Outback Elegy?
The Outback Elegy is a Furlan Marri Editions collaboration created exclusively for retailer Time+Tide. Furlan Marri describes it as the first release in its retailer-collaboration program, inspired by the Australian outback. The company’s product page says it was “Especially created for our official partner Time+Tide” and evokes “the endless landscapes of Australia and its orange-tone outback elegy.” That is the brand’s description of the concept, rather than a statement by a named designer.
Time+Tide announced the watch on 19 January 2024. Its launch-video description stated an edition quantity of 150 pieces; that is the announced production limit, not a count of watches still available or sold.

Case, dial and wearing character
Compact dimensions with distinctive lugs
At 37.5 mm across and 46 mm lug to lug, the Elegy has a compact case footprint on paper. Its 10.5 mm thickness is measured alongside a vintage-inspired profile, including “cornes de vache”—cow-horn—lugs. Wrist fit still depends on wrist shape and personal preference; the dimensions alone cannot guarantee how it will wear.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Furlan Marri rates the watch to 50 m (5 ATM). That is the published water-resistance specification, not a promise that an older or second-hand example remains water-tight. For a pre-owned watch, condition and seal integrity matter.
Sector dial and warm-toned detailing
The brown sector dial is described by Time+Tide as having an ochre center that darkens toward glossy chocolate at the edges. Applied Roman numerals and curved, domed hands and indexes plated in rose-gold-toned steel give the display a warm contrast. The layout presents hours, minutes and seconds without additional complications.

Movement and straps
La Joux-Perret G100 automatic
The watch uses the Swiss-made La Joux-Perret G100, which Furlan Marri says is assembled in La Chaux-de-Fonds and provides a 68-hour power reserve. The brand also specifies 24 jewels and decorative finishing including Geneva stripes, snailing, blued-steel screws, and a tungsten rotor with palladium coating and gold engravings.
Two supplied leather straps
Furlan Marri lists a brown leather strap with curved bars and a black leather strap with straight bars. The stated sizing is 20 mm / 16 mm, and the straps are described as quick-release and interchangeable. If sourcing a replacement, confirm the actual lug width and spring-bar configuration rather than relying on a generic strap listing; 20 mm quick-release straps are a relevant category, but fit depends on those details.

Original price, edition size and current availability
At launch, Time+Tide listed the price as A$2,650 including GST or CHF 1,500 excluding VAT. Those are launch figures from 2024, not current pricing. Furlan Marri’s official product page now labels the Outback Elegy retired, and the model was offered exclusively through Time+Tide. The available information does not establish current stock or a reliable secondary-market value, so buyers should assess any present-day listing on its own merits.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Warranty considerations for a pre-owned example
Furlan Marri states that its international warranty lasts two years from delivery and covers manufacturing or mechanical defects. Its stated exclusions include accidental damage, misuse, shocks and magnetic fields. Because coverage begins at delivery, a second-hand buyer should not assume a warranty remains in force without the original documentation and delivery date.
