The Blue Panda Tissot PRX Automatic Chronograph is reference T137.427.11.011.01: a 42 mm stainless-steel PRX with a silver dial and contrasting blue chronograph registers. That reference matters because Tissot also sells a different PRX chronograph with a blue-gradient dial, reference T137.427.11.041.01.
What “Blue Panda” means on this PRX
“Blue Panda” is a familiar variant name for the silver-and-blue dial of T137.427.11.011.01. Tissot’s US product page calls the look “reverse panda,” while its European listing uses “panda.” Rather than rely on a label that varies by listing, identify the watch by its reference and dial: silver main surface, blue chronograph registers.
The other easy-to-confuse version is T137.427.11.041.01, which Tissot describes as having a blue-gradient dial and a white date window. Check the reference and product images if shopping by color name alone: Tissot PRX Automatic Chronograph T137.427.11.011.01 and Tissot PRX Automatic Chronograph T137.427.11.041.01.
Case, bracelet and manufacturer specifications
Tissot lists this model as a 42 mm 316L stainless-steel watch, 14.54 mm thick, weighing 184 g. Its angular, satin-finished case carries the integrated-bracelet sports-watch look associated with the PRX line; these are manufacturer specifications, not independent measurements.

All values in the table are from Tissot’s official US product page, accessed in 2026. Its quick-release description applies to the listed bracelet; it does not establish compatibility with every third-party strap. The 13 mm lug-width listing is useful when checking a replacement, but confirm the fit of the specific strap or adapter before buying.
Movement and chronograph functions
Tissot specifies the Swiss automatic Valjoux A05.H31 movement. The chronograph has a central 60-second hand and three counters: 12-hour, 30-minute and 60-second indications.

There is a small but material inconsistency in Tissot’s own power-reserve information. Its technical table lists 65 hours, while the descriptive product copy says “extended 60-hour power reserve.” Both statements appear on the same official page, so the most precise way to report it is that Tissot’s technical table lists 65 hours, with the copy separately stating 60 hours; neither figure is an independent test result.
How to judge the fit before buying
The published dimensions establish that this is a substantial chronograph, but they cannot predict how it will sit on a particular wrist. Diameter, thickness and listed weight are useful screening figures; bracelet drape, the visual spread of the case and personal comfort are best assessed by trying it on. Who should consider the Blue Panda
This reference makes sense for someone who wants the PRX’s angular steel-bracelet design with a mechanical chronograph and prefers a light dial with blue registers. It is not the right reference to search for if the desired look is an all-blue or gradient dial: that is the separate T137.427.11.041.01. If comparing alternatives, focus on dial layout, case dimensions, movement and reserve, water resistance, bracelet system, local price and—most importantly—how the case wears on your wrist.
