Because UTC is adjustable in 30-minute steps, the display can account for civil time offsets that are not whole hours. For daylight-saving time, Krayon’s stated instruction is to make a one-hour UTC adjustment. The latitude range is limited to 60°N through 60°S, so “Everywhere” does not mean every latitude on Earth.

In practical terms, choose the Everywhere’s approach if you want to enter different locations yourself. The Anywhere preserves the core display but trades that owner-controlled flexibility for a location set by the maker and simpler operation. Its five annual calendar adjustments are a consequence of the intentionally simple 31-day-month calendar, rather than a perpetual calendar mechanism.

Krayon lists the Everywhere movement at 595 components and 85 jewels, with a 72-hour power reserve and 3 Hz frequency. The movement measures 6.50 mm high and 35.40 mm in diameter; the complete case is listed at 42 mm across and 11.70 mm thick. For the Anywhere, Krayon lists 432 components, 55 jewels, a 72-hour reserve, 3 Hz and a 39 mm case diameter. These are manufacturer-stated specifications, not a direct comparison of measured performance.

The different component counts align with the models’ different setting approaches, but a component count alone does not explain how a watch works or establish accuracy. The defining functional difference remains whether the owner can adjust the location or must ask Krayon to configure it.
Is the calendar perpetual?
No perpetual-calendar claim is established for these models in the cited product information. The Anywhere’s calendar uses 31 days for every month, so its date needs five quick adjustments each year to stay aligned with the actual calendar. This makes the calendar straightforward, but it does not automatically account for shorter months.
