Choose Ultra 4 for a larger titanium watch
Ultra 4 has a 49mm titanium case and a listed peak brightness of 3,000 nits. It is the largest of these three options. Choose it if that size and material suit your needs; check Apple’s current comparison for the features and configurations relevant to your intended activities.
What do the Apple Watch prices mean?
The available price references are historical launch or deal figures, not verified current offers. Tom’s Guide listed the SE 3 at $249 for a 40mm GPS configuration and $299 for a cellular configuration in its 2025 comparison. Those figures describe different configurations and should not be presented as today’s prices.

Health features to understand before buying
ECG availability
Apple lists the ECG app on Series 12 and Ultra 4, but not SE models. Apple says the app can generate an ECG similar to a single-lead electrocardiogram and is intended for people aged 22 or older. It is not a substitute for medical care.
Hypertension notifications
Apple’s comparison says hypertension notifications are not intended for people under 22, people previously diagnosed with hypertension, or pregnant people. Check Apple’s current product information for feature availability and guidance in your region before relying on a health feature.
