What is the Arnold & Son Longitude Titanium?
Longitude Titanium is Arnold & Son’s integrated-bracelet sports-chic chronometer collection. Its design combines a titanium case and bracelet with a vertically arranged dial and automatic movement. The specifications below are the manufacturer’s published figures, not independent measurements.
The standard model discussed here is reference 1LTAT.J01A.N001U. Arnold & Son lists it as a COSC-certified chronometer limited to 88 pieces. The brand positions the collection as a contemporary interpretation of John Arnold’s marine-chronometer work; that design and historical framing is the manufacturer’s account.
How are the case and dial designed?
The standard reference has a 42.5 mm titanium case, 12.25 mm thick, with a Kingsand gold PVD dial. Arnold & Son describes the case middle as evoking a ship’s waterline, the concave case back as a keel, and the bezel base’s 60 notches as recalling a marine chronometer’s fluted ring. The bracelet has rounded, domed links and a mix of polished and satin finishes.

The dial’s indications run vertically: power reserve at 12 o’clock, central hours and minutes, and a large small-seconds display at 6 o’clock. Arnold & Son connects this layout to the displays of John Arnold’s marine chronometers.
What movement does it use?
Both the standard Longitude Titanium and the 5°W use Arnold & Son’s automatic A&S6302 calibre. The manufacturer lists 36 jewels, a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour), and a 60-hour power reserve. The movement measures 33.00 mm by 6.65 mm and is COSC-certified.
Arnold & Son says the calibre is developed, produced, decorated, assembled, adjusted and cased at its manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds. It describes the 22-carat gold oscillating weight as combining a ship profile with sextant references, and notes chamfered bridges with its “Rayons de la Gloire” decoration. These production and design details are the brand’s descriptions.
How does the standard model compare with the Longitude Titanium 5°W?
The 5°W is a separate reference, 1LTAT.N01A.N0262U, not another name for the standard model. The manufacturer lists the following specifications for each:

The clearest distinction is the 5°W’s red-gold bezel ring, grey dial, smaller edition and different additional strap. Both retain the listed case dimensions, movement and water-resistance rating. Accessory details should be checked against the exact reference: they should not be assumed to apply across every Longitude model.

Arnold & Son rates both references at 10 bar / 100 m / 330 ft and says the screw-down crown is protected by a shoulder. That is the published rating; it does not by itself establish suitability for every water sport or depth condition.
The standard reference is listed with a titanium bracelet and an additional blue rubber strap; the 5°W listing specifies an anthracite grey alligator strap instead. Arnold & Son describes the collection’s bracelet system as interchangeable.
