The Citizen TSUYOSA Shore adds a one-way rotating bezel and 10 bar water resistance to the TSUYOSA automatic formula. Its original 2026 lineup comprises four color and finish options, all specified with a 40.0 mm case and Caliber 8210 automatic movement. Those are Citizen’s published specifications, not independent test results.
What changed on the TSUYOSA Shore?
The defining addition is a one-way rotating bezel. Citizen also lists 10 bar water resistance for the Shore, alongside a stainless-steel case and bracelet, sapphire crystal, luminous hands and indices, and a transparent caseback. That makes the Shore a sportier-looking member of the TSUYOSA family, but the “Shore” name and summer styling should not be read as a diving certification.
For the US version of the navy model, Citizen specifies a 120-click unidirectional bezel, a magnified date window, and 100 m water resistance. Those details are stated on that regional product page; check the listing for the specific reference and market rather than assuming every regional page presents identical specifications. Which TSUYOSA Shore models are available?
Citizen’s initial announcement introduced four references. The two green- and coral-dial options use yellow-gold-color plating; Citizen describes the coral model as partially plated. Stainless steel is listed for the cases and bracelets.

What are the case and movement specifications?
Citizen specifies a 40.0 mm case diameter and 12.5 mm design thickness for the initial Shore models. The automatic Caliber 8210 supports both automatic and manual winding, and Citizen lists 21 jewels and a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour. The stated running time is approximately 42 hours when fully wound.

Citizen gives an average accuracy range of −20 to +40 seconds per day, measured while stationary. It cautions that actual daily results can vary with wearing time, position, arm movement, and how fully the mainspring is wound. Treat that range as the manufacturer’s specification, not a guarantee of an individual watch’s timekeeping.

How water resistant is the TSUYOSA Shore?
Citizen publishes a 10 bar / 100 m water-resistance rating for the Shore. The US NJ0230-59L listing likewise gives 100 m. The official information cited here does not establish ISO diver-watch certification or certify the watch for scuba diving. A depth-style rating alone is not a diving endorsement, so anyone considering water use should follow Citizen’s guidance for the particular reference and market.
When did it launch, and what did it cost?
Launch timing and prices vary by region. Citizen’s global announcement, dated 20 February 2026, described February 2026 as the scheduled launch; Citizen Japan’s announcement gives 5 March 2026 as the Japanese release date. Citizen Japan’s suggested retail prices for the original lineup were:

NJ0238-57E is a separate Shore edition, not one of the original four color variants. Announced globally for August 2026, it has a gradient black dial and warm gold-colored details.
