The Laurent Ferrier Classic Tourbillon Teal is a five-piece, individually numbered platinum edition unveiled on September 4, 2025. It pairs a teal grand feu enamel dial with the manually wound LF619.01 calibre, whose double-balance-spring tourbillon is positioned on the movement side. Laurent Ferrier presented it as a tribute to its first creation and to 15 years of independent watchmaking.
What is the Classic Tourbillon Teal?
It is a limited Série Atelier VII version of Laurent Ferrier’s Classic Tourbillon. The brand introduced it as a return to the model that began its horological story: the original Classic Tourbillon won the Men’s Watch Prize at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève in 2010, according to Laurent Ferrier’s 2025 launch article.
The Teal edition marks 15 years of independent creation for the brand. Laurent Ferrier describes the edition as five individually numbered pieces; the launch announcement does not establish how many, if any, remain available.
Case and teal enamel dial
The case is 950 platinum, measuring 41 mm across and 12.50 mm thick. Laurent Ferrier lists water resistance at 30 m / 3 ATM. These are the manufacturer’s published figures on the current product page, not a recommendation for swimming or other water activity.

The dial’s teal grand feu enamel is applied over an 18k white-gold 210Pd underplate. Roman numerals and sky-blue decals mark the hours; the small seconds sit at six o’clock. The hands are also listed as 18k white gold 210Pd: Assegai-shaped hour and minute hands, with a baton-shaped seconds hand. Laurent Ferrier describes the enamel’s color as blending green and blue.
Movement: a discreet, movement-side tourbillon
The manually wound LF619.01 is the same calibre used in the original Classic Tourbillon, presented here with a more contemporary finish, according to the maker. Its tourbillon is on the movement side, rather than displayed on the dial. Laurent Ferrier describes the placement as discreet and precision-oriented.

Laurent Ferrier explains that the double-spring construction helps keep the balance centered on its axis while compensating for gravity’s effects. That is the manufacturer’s description of the design, not a quantified accuracy claim or the result of an independent performance test.
The brand also specifies horizontal satin finishing and ruthenium treatment on the bridges, with rhodium-plated engravings, gears and balance wheel. A manually wound long-blade click ratchet is another detail called out by Laurent Ferrier. These are maker-provided descriptions; no independent inspection is implied.

Strap, clasp and launch price
The listed strap is deep-green leather with an Alcantara lining. Laurent Ferrier specifies a 950 platinum pin buckle or folding clasp. The manufacturer’s launch price in 2025 was CHF 195,000 excluding tax. That is a published launch price, not a verified current transaction price or resale valuation.
