OMEGA confirms it will support Emirates Team New Zealand and serve as Official Timekeeper at the Naples event, but the latest America’s Cup Diver 300M documented in OMEGA’s official product material is the 42 mm 2024 edition for the 37th Cup in Barcelona. Earlier ETNZ editions do exist, including a 2013 Diver 300M, but they should not be confused with a confirmed 2027 release.
Is OMEGA releasing a new ETNZ Seamaster Diver 300M for 2027?
Not according to OMEGA’s May 2026 announcement. It confirms the brand’s continuing partnership with Emirates Team New Zealand (ETNZ), its timekeeping role, and the team’s defence of the America’s Cup in Naples in 2027. It does not announce a new ETNZ Diver 300M. Until OMEGA publishes a product announcement, a 2027 model should be treated as unconfirmed. OMEGA’s announcement says it will also timekeep the associated Women’s and Youth America’s Cup programmes.
OMEGA says its relationship with ETNZ began in 1995 and lists team victories in 1995, 2000, 2017, 2021 and 2024. Those are the victories named by OMEGA, not an independent accounting of the team’s full record. The partnership explains the recurring watch tie-ins, but does not establish that a new watch will accompany every campaign.
What is the latest America’s Cup Seamaster Diver 300M?
The latest America’s Cup Diver 300M described in the official product material covered here is the 2024 watch for the 37th Cup in Barcelona. OMEGA’s August 16, 2024 product feature describes it as a 42 mm stainless-steel watch with a matte white ceramic wave dial, blue ceramic bezel and Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8806. OMEGA’s product feature identifies the commemorative design and configuration.

Case, dial and regatta bezel
The bezel is unidirectional and includes two five-minute pre-start sections followed by a START section, making the countdown markings the most explicitly sailing-oriented feature on the Diver 300M. The matte white ceramic dial carries a positive-relief, laser-engraved wave pattern. A trophy-shaped counterweight sits on the central seconds hand; the sapphire caseback includes “Auld Mug” and Barcelona references.
Movement, certification and wearing options
The watch uses calibre 8806. OMEGA says the watch and movement met METAS requirements for Master Chronometer certification, which it associates with precision, performance and magnetic resistance. The 2024 edition was presented in a commemorative box and offered with either a steel bracelet or blue rubber strap, both using OMEGA’s Quick-Change fittings.

How does the Seamaster Regatta differ from the Diver 300M?
The Seamaster Regatta released for the 37th Cup is a separate model, not a larger Diver 300M or another Diver 300M variant. It is a 46.75 mm grade 5 titanium analog-and-digital sailing instrument powered by multifunctional quartz calibre 5701. OMEGA lists a moonphase, chronograph, sailing logbook, temperature gauge, accelerometer, three alarms and regatta function, plus an integrated blue rubber strap with Quick-Change system. OMEGA’s Regatta announcement gives the model’s functions and specifications.
The practical distinction is purpose: the 2024 Diver 300M is a mechanical dive watch with a Cup-themed countdown bezel and commemorative details; the Regatta is the more function-dense sailing instrument, with digital as well as analog information. OMEGA President and CEO Raynald Aeschlimann described the Regatta as “a multifunctional tool that you can wear on your wrist.”

The 2013 video and indexed listing show that ETNZ-branded Diver 300M watches are not a new idea. They do not establish that every America’s Cup campaign received a dedicated ETNZ edition, nor do they support claims about present-day availability or resale value.
