Reference 81070-21-3405-1CX was announced as an 88-piece edition; Fratello reported a launch price of CHF 13,700 in March 2025, which should not be read as a current price or proof of availability.
What is the Laureato Absolute Aston Martin F1 Edition?
Reference 81070-21-3405-1CX is a time-and-date model in Girard-Perregaux’s Laureato Absolute line, made in collaboration with Aston Martin F1. Girard-Perregaux identifies it as part of its co-designed Aston Martin watches and describes the release as continuing the partnership; that does not establish the current term of any partnership agreement.
The watch’s racing cues are visual rather than a change to its basic function: the dial is Aston Martin Green, with lime details on the date frame and hands. Fratello reports that the hands take inspiration from the front of Aston Martin road cars. That is the publication’s account of the design, not a technical specification.

How the design and materials come together
Grade 5 titanium case
The sandblasted titanium case gives the watch a less reflective finish than a polished case would. Girard-Perregaux describes Grade 5 titanium as strong and lightweight, but that is brand language rather than independent comparative testing. At 44 mm across and 14.65 mm thick, the published dimensions make this a substantial case on paper; wrist fit will depend on the wearer and how the case sits.
Green dial with lime details
The Aston Martin Green dial is paired with applied luminous indexes and gray PVD-treated skeletonized hands. Lime accents pick out the hand tips, central seconds hand and frame around the date at 6 o’clock, tying the display to the Aston Martin F1 color scheme without adding chronograph functions.
Rank #2
- Girard Perregaux caliber GP03300, beats at 28,800 vph (4Hz), composed out of 419 parts, contains 63 Jewels & has an approximate power reserve of 46 hours.
- Power reserve: Min. 46 hours
Rubber strap and water resistance
The green rubber strap has a fabric effect and green stitching, and it closes with a titanium folding clasp with micro-adjustment. The stated 300 m water resistance is a specification; it does not by itself establish suitability for every water activity, which also depends on the watch’s condition and proper crown and clasp use.
Movement and everyday functions
The GP03300-1060 is an automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour. Its reported 46-hour power reserve means it can run for that period off the wrist when fully wound, assuming normal operating conditions. It drives hours, minutes, central seconds and the date; this reference is not the separate chronograph version in the broader Laureato Absolute F1 family.
