What is the Patek Philippe 5524G-010?
Reference 5524G-010 is Patek Philippe’s white-gold Calatrava Pilot Travel Time with an ivory lacquered dial. The brand introduced it in 2025, and lists it in its Complications collection. How the dual-time display works
The solid sword-shaped hour hand shows local time, while the skeletonized hand shows home time. Separate day/night apertures help distinguish the two time zones. The date is coupled to local time, so it follows the time zone being adjusted for the wearer’s current location.
Screw-down pushers on the case adjust local time. Patek Philippe says they incorporate a patented safety system; the manufacturer’s description does not provide independent testing of that mechanism.

How the 5524G-010 differs from the 5524G-001
The suffix matters: the 5524G-010 is the ivory-dial 2025 reference, while the 5524G-001 is the earlier blue-dial version introduced in 2015. Patek Philippe’s 2020 release identifies the 5524G-001 as its first pilot-style model and dates it to 2015. They share the 5524G family name, but they are distinct references; the available information does not establish that they are otherwise identical in every detail.
