Google’s official specifications confirm that Pixel Watch 3 comes in 41 mm and 45 mm sizes, with LTE or Wi-Fi configurations. Across the listed specifications, the watch supports UWB, NFC, Bluetooth 5.3 and dual-band Wi-Fi 6. Google’s regulatory guide also identifies the four model codes initially reported in July 2024 FCC coverage.
What the FCC report established—and what Google later confirmed
In July 2024, reports identified four FCC-listed model codes as likely Pixel Watch 3 variants, based on the filings and similarities to Google Wear OS e-label procedures. The FCC listings did not explicitly name the product. Google’s later Safety, Warranty & Regulatory Guide names all four codes as Pixel Watch 3 models, confirming the association. Contemporary coverage appeared at Android Authority and 9to5Google.
Pixel Watch 3 model codes by size and connectivity
| Case size | Model code | Configuration |
|---|---|---|
| 41 mm | GBDU9 | LTE |
| 41 mm | GG3HH | Wi-Fi |
| 45 mm | GRY0E | LTE |
| 45 mm | GGE4J | Wi-Fi |
The model code identifies both case size and cellular configuration. The Wi-Fi versions do not have the LTE configuration listed for their same-size counterparts.
Does Pixel Watch 3 have Wi-Fi 6, UWB, NFC and Bluetooth?
Yes. Google lists Wi-Fi using 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The 802.11ax standard is the technical designation for Wi-Fi 6. Google’s regulatory data lists Ultra-Wideband (UWB) in the 6.0–8.5 GHz range, while its product specifications list NFC and Bluetooth 5.3. These are connectivity specifications, not a promise of a particular real-world range or performance.

Google’s Pixel Watch 3 Safety, Warranty & Regulatory Guide states: “NFC: 13.56 MHz is for receiving only.” That wording describes the guide’s NFC specification; it should not be taken on its own as a broader explanation of how any particular payment feature behaves.
LTE bands and carrier compatibility
Google’s UK and EU regulatory tables list LTE bands B1, B3, B7, B8, B20 and B28 for the LTE versions. Those are regional regulatory specifications, not a guarantee that the watch will work with every carrier or in every country. Check the exact model and your local carrier’s supported bands and smartwatch service requirements before choosing LTE.

What to compare before choosing a version
- Case size: choose between the 41 mm and 45 mm models.
- Connectivity configuration: decide whether you need an LTE model or a Wi-Fi model.
- Local service support: verify carrier and country compatibility for the LTE model rather than relying on a regional band list alone.
