What changes between steel and Yellow Rolesor?
Case and bracelet material
The 126610LN is Oystersteel. The 126613LN is Yellow Rolesor, Rolex’s name for a combination of Oystersteel and yellow gold. That material combination is the defining physical difference reflected in the published comparison; the choice between them is also a choice about how prominently gold features in the watch’s appearance.
Bezel details
Both have a black Cerachrom bezel with a 60-minute graduation. Rolex specifies platinum coating for the graduations on the steel model and gold coating for those on the Yellow Rolesor model.

Rolex describes the bezel as a way to monitor diving time and decompression stops, and lists both models as waterproof to 300 metres. Those are manufacturer specifications, not individualized dive-safety guidance. The published specifications do not establish a performance advantage for either material configuration.

It comes down to whether the Yellow Rolesor material and its gold-accented appearance are worth the higher listed price to you. On the specifications Rolex publishes for these two references, the more expensive model does not add a different calibre, longer stated power reserve, greater water resistance, or a different core date-and-bezel function. The evidence does not establish that either model is more comfortable, more durable, less prone to visible scratches, or preferred by owners; those are personal-use questions rather than conclusions from these specifications.
