That is the launch price, not a confirmed current price: Samsung’s Brazilian store still lists the product, but its live selling price and stock can change.
Brazil launch date, price and colors
The Galaxy Fit3 is Samsung’s fitness-focused wearable, model family SM-R390. At launch in Brazil, it was offered in Graphite, Silver and Rose. Samsung’s announcement gives the dates and suggested price; its Brazilian store page is the place to check current price, color availability and delivery before buying.
The R$549 figure is a historical suggested retail price from February 2024. It should not be treated as what the Fit3 costs today. Discounts, stock and any trade-in valuation can vary; Samsung’s Troca Smart option, where shown, depends on the submitted device and current offer.
What the Galaxy Fit3 offers
The Fit3 has a 1.6-inch AMOLED display with a 256 × 402 resolution, an aluminum case and a weight of 18.5 g. Samsung lists its dimensions as 42.9 × 28.8 × 9.9 mm. It is designed for daily activity, exercise, sleep and basic phone-connected features rather than a broad smartwatch app experience.

- Wellness features include heart-rate, stress and sleep monitoring. These readings are for general wellness, not medical diagnosis.
- It can show phone notifications and provide media controls. Some camera-related remote functions depend on a compatible Galaxy phone.
- Samsung lists 5ATM and IP68 resistance. These ratings are not a reason to ignore the device’s care guidance or assume it is suitable for every water activity.
The Brazilian launch specification table lists an accelerometer, gyroscope, optical heart-rate sensor, barometer and ambient-light sensor. It specifies Bluetooth and magnetic POGO-pin charging. For the full official specification and feature description, see Samsung’s Galaxy Fit3 product page.
Battery life: read the “up to” figures with their conditions
Samsung rates the 208 mAh battery for up to 13 days in a typical-use scenario based on its internal laboratory testing. The same product page says the estimate can be up to 3.5 days with always-on display enabled. These are manufacturer estimates, not guaranteed runtimes; screen brightness, notifications, workouts and measurement settings can also affect endurance.

Charging uses a magnetic POGO-pin connection. Confirm what charging accessory is included with the specific Brazilian retail SKU, and do not assume a wall power adapter is bundled.
Phone compatibility and setup
Samsung’s Brazil launch material specifies Android 10.0 or later and at least 1.5 GB of RAM. Setup requires a Samsung Account and Samsung Health; the launch announcement specified Samsung Health version 6.26 or later. Galaxy Wearable and the relevant app permissions are also part of the connected setup, so meeting the Android version minimum alone does not guarantee that every feature will work on every phone.

The Fit3 is not an iPhone-compatible choice. On Android, Samsung-specific functions may vary by phone model, software, apps and permissions; Samsung Galaxy phones are the clearest fit for features tied to its ecosystem.
Where the Fit3 differs from a Galaxy Watch
Although it has a color touchscreen and displays notifications, the Fit3 is closer to a fitness band than a full smartwatch. Samsung lists its operating system as RTOS, not Wear OS. Buyers should not expect a Galaxy Watch-style third-party app ecosystem, cellular connectivity or the same breadth of smartwatch features. Its simpler platform is consistent with a fitness-first device, but it also limits what it can do.

Samsung’s Brazilian specification table lists Bluetooth but does not list built-in GPS or NFC. That means buyers should not count on phone-free route recording or contactless payments. Outdoor distance and route tracking may depend on a paired phone; runners and cyclists who want GPS without carrying a phone should look for a GPS-equipped watch.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Is the Galaxy Fit3 worth buying?
The answer depends on the current price and the functions you need. At a meaningful discount from its R$549 launch MSRP, it may suit an Android user who wants a light wearable for activity, sleep and notifications, particularly someone already using Samsung Health. The launch MSRP alone cannot establish whether it is a good deal today, and no current competitor prices are established here for a like-for-like comparison.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems- Consider it if you want a fitness-first wearable with a relatively large AMOLED screen and do not need advanced smartwatch features.
- Look elsewhere if you use an iPhone, need standalone GPS or contactless payments, or expect Wear OS apps, LTE or a full smartwatch experience.
Samsung’s official Brazil listing shows the product, but a listing does not guarantee that every color is in stock. Check the live price, availability, delivery terms and warranty details before placing an order.
