For a US buyer, a non-personalized Swatch art watch purchased online is generally returnable within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn, undamaged and complete in its original packaging. Personalized watches, straps, batteries, accessories and many reduced-price or promotional items are normally final sale. If the watch arrives materially damaged or is the wrong item, contact Swatch within 72 hours. Which Swatch art watches and accessories are final sale?
Personalized products and many non-watch items do not receive the normal 14-day change-of-mind option. Swatch US identifies personalized watches, including Swatch X You and personalized Flik Flak products, as excluded from the standard return policy.

How long is the Swatch art watch warranty?
Swatch US states that every Swatch watch has a two-year warranty on its internal movement. The coverage applies when a movement defect results from defective materials or workmanship under normal use. Swatch’s stated remedy is to replace the watch with the same model or a similar model at no charge.

Can a Swatch art watch be repaired?
Not in the conventional sense of opening the case and replacing internal components. Swatch’s US shipping policy says, “Swatch watches are laser sealed and therefore cannot be repaired, only replaced.” That construction is central to the ownership decision for an art watch: a qualifying movement problem normally leads to a replacement watch rather than a repaired original case.
Swatch’s ecommerce information also says a replacement watch face is not available because the sealed case cannot be opened. If an artwork printed or integrated into the face is damaged, do not expect a dial-only replacement. Where can I replace a Swatch battery or strap?
Swatch says replacement straps and batteries are available through its online store or corporate stores. For small parts such as buckles, battery covers and loops, contact customer care because availability depends on the specific model.
Battery changes are free at corporate Swatch stores under Swatch’s product-care guidance. Official Swatch retailers may also help with battery service.
