The other five range from a diamond-set Daytona to a classic Cartier dress watch and a calendar watch with moon phase.

What makes the two headline Daytonas different?
Momoa’s reported vintage Ref. 6263
Robb Report describes Momoa’s watch as a vintage Daytona Ref. 6263, a reference it says was introduced in 1971. Its yellow-gold case and champagne-colored subdials contrast with the black dial and black acrylic tachymeter bezel. The report also notes screw-down pushers and a black rubber strap. The article places its potential secondary-market cost at $200,000–$400,000; that is its estimate, not an independent valuation or a guarantee that a comparable watch can be bought at that price.

Stallone’s reported off-catalog Ref. 126538TBR
Stallone’s Daytona is described as an off-catalog Ref. 126538TBR, with a 40 mm yellow-gold case and a veined turquoise hardstone dial. Diamonds appear at the hour markers and on the bezel and lugs, while a black Oysterflex strap completes the design. Robb Report says an example was listed on Chrono24 for up to $1 million. That is a reported asking amount, not evidence of a completed sale, a current listing, or the value of every example.
The contrast is more than age: Momoa’s reported watch is a vintage chronograph with a restrained black-and-gold palette, while Stallone’s is a modern, unusually vivid off-catalog configuration. Rolex’s Cosmograph Daytona user guide describes the model’s chronograph seconds hand, 30-minute and 12-hour counters, and tachymetric bezel, which can be used to measure elapsed time and calculate average speeds.

Josh Hartnett: Cartier Tank Louis Cartier

The roundup identifies it as a GMT watch, a category built around tracking a second time zone; the article does not provide further configuration details for this particular example.

- Retail is not the same as market value. The roundup explicitly labels the prices for Redmayne’s Omega and Bryan’s Daytona as retail. It presents several other figures simply as prices, while Momoa’s Daytona is given a secondary-market estimate and Stallone’s as a reported Chrono24 listing.
- A listing is not a sale. The “up to $1 million” figure for Stallone’s Daytona is an asking amount reported by Robb Report, not proof a buyer paid that sum. Listings can change or disappear.
- Celebrity identification is reporting, not authentication. Robb Report supplies the identifications and descriptions; this article does not independently verify the watches, their provenance, or their exact configurations.
- The lineup is not a like-for-like ranking. It includes chronographs, a GMT watch, a complete calendar with moon phase, and a two-hand Constellation and Tank. Their reported prices also span different pricing contexts, so the list does not establish a direct value comparison.
The roundup also mentions that Stallone wore an off-catalog Rolex GMT-Master II Ref. 126755EMSA that week. It is an additional detail in the report, not one of the seven numbered selections.
