Its defining feature is a California-style dial with Roman numerals above and Thai numerals below—a combination SERICA describes as a first. The watch pairs that distinctive layout with a 37.7 mm stainless-steel case, a COSC-certified automatic movement and 200 m water resistance.
What makes the 6190 TDM’s dial different?
A conventional California-style dial places Roman numerals on its upper half and Arabic numerals on its lower half. On the TDM, Thai numerals take the place of those lower Arabic markers, while the Roman numerals remain above. The result keeps the familiar split layout but gives its lower half a distinctly Thai character. Monochrome Watches describes the format and the substitution; SERICA calls the Thai-and-Roman combination a first for the design, a claim that has not been independently established as a historical first.
The dial is black and polished, and SERICA describes it as enameled. The Thai and Roman indexes are highly domed and use Super-LumiNova C3. A double-domed sapphire crystal with an inner anti-reflective coating covers the dial. These details give the watch more to distinguish it than numeral language alone, while keeping the central idea immediately readable: two numeral systems share one dial.

What kind of watch is it?
The TDM is a market-specific edition of the 6190 Field Chronometer, not a separate case design. Its appeal rests on the meeting of a familiar California layout and Thai numerals, backed by a compact set of published dimensions and a 200 m rating. The 37.7 mm opening, 10.4 mm thickness and 46.5 mm horn-to-horn measurement are useful for comparing its proportions with other watches; the listed 20 mm horn width is relevant if considering a different strap.

Availability and price: what is known
SERICA’s editorial page described the TDM as a Thailand-resident-exclusive pre-order, requiring a Thai IP address to order and a physical delivery address in Thailand. It listed late-June 2026 delivery. Those are historical terms: as of October 7, 2026, they do not establish whether the watch is still available, whether the same eligibility rules apply, or what it currently costs. Check SERICA’s editorial page and the live product listing for current information before making a purchase decision.
