The latest accessible Withings U.S. product listings show $369.95. At that comparison price, $299.94 is $70.01 less—about 18.9% off, or 19% rounded. The deal coverage itself says its price later changed, so check the retailer’s checkout before buying.
The reported offer does not establish a retailer, size, color, condition, shipping cost, or warranty terms. Do not assume a listing is the same deal until those details are clear.
What the 19% ScanWatch 2 deal actually means
The deal coverage dates the $299.94 price to March 25, 2026. Its stated saving was $68.98, but the comparison price behind that figure is not established in the available details. Withings’ U.S. product pages list the watch at $369.95; comparing $299.94 with that price gives a $70.01 difference, or approximately 18.9%. That is the basis for calling it 19% off—not evidence that every seller’s regular price was $369.95.
The deal story says the offer price later changed. The sources available here do not confirm that $299.94 remains available, identify the seller, or establish whether the offer covered the 38mm model, the 42mm model, or both. Treat it as a past reported price, not a live offer. Check the final checkout price and product details before deciding.

The March 25 deal report is the source for the advertised $299.94 price. Withings’ 38mm U.S. listing and 42mm U.S. listing show $369.95. The available information does not establish whether a particular discounted listing is new, refurbished, sold by an authorized seller, or covered by Withings’ standard terms.
Check the listing before paying
- Confirm the name says ScanWatch 2, not the original ScanWatch, ScanWatch Light, or ScanWatch Nova.
- Check the case size and color, plus what band and charger are included. The deal report does not specify them.
- Verify the seller, item condition, return window, and warranty coverage. A low marketplace price does not by itself establish Withings warranty protection.
- Compare the checkout price with any shipping charge and tax; the reported deal details do not state whether either was included.
What you get with the ScanWatch 2
ScanWatch 2 is a hybrid watch: it has conventional analog-style hands and a small grayscale OLED display, rather than a large, full-color touchscreen. Its stainless-steel case and sapphire glass give it a more traditional watch appearance, while the display presents health information, notifications, and watch controls. Withings lists 38mm and 42mm versions. The U.S. listings advertise up to 35 days of battery life and charging in about two hours; “up to” is a manufacturer maximum, not a guaranteed runtime for every wearer.
Withings lists ECG, heart-rate tracking, blood-oxygen readings, temperature tracking, sleep and activity tracking, and other health and fitness features, including respiratory insights and cycle tracking. It also advertises automatic activity detection, workout tracking, elevation, and calories. It is designed for ongoing health tracking in a discreet format, not for interacting with a phone or apps from the wrist as extensively as a full smartwatch.
The current 38mm listing specifies 5 ATM water resistance. Do not assume a size-specific specification applies to the other model without checking its own listing. Withings’ U.S. product pages list a two-year warranty and 30-day returns for purchases from its store; those terms should not be presumed for a third-party deal.

Size and band fit
Choose between 38mm and 42mm based on wrist fit and the size you prefer to wear, not on an assumption that the deal covered both. Withings’ support information says 18cm bands fit the 38mm model and 20cm bands fit the 42mm model. Check the model and band compatibility when buying a replacement or confirming what is in a sale listing.
What the watch can—and cannot—tell you medically
The ECG feature records a single-lead ECG and can help identify a pattern suggestive of atrial fibrillation or sinus rhythm. Irregular-rhythm notifications are screening information, not a diagnosis. Withings’ regulatory documentation describes the device for adults and intermittent measurements; it is not a continuous substitute for clinical monitoring. Blood-oxygen and temperature readings should likewise be treated as monitoring data, not as a diagnosis or a promise to detect a particular illness.
Do not use the watch to rule out a health problem, replace professional advice, or delay emergency care. ECG and other regulated features can vary by country. The existence of regulatory documentation for an ECG feature does not establish that every ScanWatch 2 feature has the same authorization or clinical purpose in every region.

App, compatibility, and subscription costs
Setup, synchronization, firmware updates, and detailed health data require the Withings App, a compatible phone, Bluetooth, and a Withings account. The app is available for iOS and Android. Withings’ earlier ScanWatch 2 FAQ gave minimums of iOS 15 and Android 9, but operating-system support can change; check the current app listing and Withings requirements for your phone before purchase. Firmware information is available in the app under Devices > ScanWatch 2.
The core watch works with the Withings App; Withings+ is a separate service for additional personalized insights and services such as Cardio Check-Up. The official product page advertises a one-month Withings+ trial with a device purchase from Withings.com. That does not establish that the reported third-party offer includes the trial, nor does it establish the recurring subscription price. Check the purchase flow and subscription terms if those services matter to you.
Because the app handles personal health information, secure the phone and Withings account with a passcode and two-factor authentication where available. The ScanWatch 2 also uses its own charger; first-generation ScanWatch chargers are not compatible. Withings lists a replacement ScanWatch 2 charger at $24.95 on its U.S. accessories page, a useful detail if buying a listing that does not include one.

It makes sense if you want a hybrid health watch
At a verified $299.94 for a new, authentic unit with clear return and warranty coverage, the ScanWatch 2 is a more compelling buy than at Withings’ listed $369.95 price. It suits someone who values a traditional watch look, long claimed battery life, and health tracking such as ECG and blood oxygen more than a full smartwatch interface. The deal is less attractive if the lower price comes with uncertain condition or seller protections.

Look elsewhere if you want a full smartwatch
The small monochrome display and hybrid design are deliberate trade-offs. The ScanWatch 2 is not the natural choice for someone who prioritizes a bright, full-color touchscreen, broad third-party apps, standalone GPS, payments, music controls, or highly interactive notifications. It also requires the companion app and account, so it is a poor fit if you do not want that ecosystem.
Compare cheaper Withings watches
Withings’ U.S. pages list the following prices. They are listed prices, not verified current sale prices; features and suitability differ by model.
| Model | Withings U.S. listed price | Best fit | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|---|
| ScanWatch 2 | $369.95 | Buyers seeking the newer model’s ECG, blood-oxygen, temperature, and broader health-tracking feature set. | Costs more than the alternatives below; the reported $299.94 offer is not confirmed live. |
| ScanWatch Light | $249.95 | Buyers who want the hybrid design and core activity, sleep, and heart-rate tracking for less. | Withings’ comparison information does not list ECG or blood-oxygen features for this model, and it is not a direct substitute if those are the reason to buy. |
| Original ScanWatch | $249.95 | Buyers who want the older hybrid design at a lower listed price. | Older hardware and fewer of the newer model’s features, including its expanded temperature, respiratory, and cycle-tracking capabilities. |
| ScanWatch Nova | $599.95 listed for Nova models | Buyers prioritizing the more premium design and materials within the Withings range. | Substantially more expensive; not the value-oriented choice. |
The ScanWatch Light is the clearest lower-cost alternative if ECG and blood-oxygen measurements are not essential. The original ScanWatch may suit someone content with older hardware. Nova is a style-led step up, not a cheaper way to get ScanWatch 2 features.
Bottom line: don’t buy the headline—verify the offer
The 19% claim is mathematically reasonable when $299.94 is compared with Withings’ $369.95 U.S. listing: the difference is $70.01, or about 18.9%. But the advertised price was reported in March 2026, later changed, and is not confirmed as available now. Buy only if the actual checkout price, model, size, condition, seller, included charger, and protections suit you. At a price near $369.95, compare the ScanWatch Light or other watches before paying extra for ScanWatch 2 features you may not use.
