The Vacheron Constantin Métiers d’Art Year of the Tiger is a 12-piece limited edition listed in the brand’s 2025–26 catalogue in two references: platinum 86073/000P-B932 and 18K 5N pink gold 86073/000R-B933. Both are 40 mm and use calibre 2460 G4; their key differences are the case, dial and engraved applique metals.
How to identify the Year of the Tiger watches
Vacheron Constantin places the models in “Métiers d’Art — The legend of the Chinese zodiac.” The official 2025–26 catalogue identifies a 12-piece limited edition and lists two references: 86073/000P-B932 and 86073/000R-B933. The catalogue’s French edition independently corroborates the edition and material facts: French catalogue.

These specifications and material descriptions come from Vacheron Constantin’s 2025–26 catalogue (official catalogue). The catalogue distinguishes the versions by metal and reference; it does not establish that one is more valuable or performs better.
What the catalogue says about the dial craft
Each version combines a precious-metal dial base with a hand-engraved applique and a Grand Feu enamel background. The platinum reference pairs a 22K white-gold dial with a platinum applique; the pink-gold reference pairs a 22K yellow-gold dial with a pink-gold applique. These are catalogue descriptions of the construction and finish, not a comparative assessment of workmanship.

Edition context and what is not established
The 12-piece figure is the edition size stated by Vacheron Constantin in its 2025–26 catalogue, not a market statistic. Sotheby’s reports that the Tiger line launched in 2021 to commemorate the Chinese Year of the Tiger and lists a pink-gold Tiger reference (Sotheby’s listing). That auction-house reporting is distinct from a release date confirmed by the manufacturer catalogue.
Neither the catalogue nor the cited auction listing establishes current retail availability, a current price, Amazon stock, or eligibility for an affiliate programme. A listing or edition-size statement should not be read as proof that either reference is currently for sale.
