If you are choosing between these watches, compare what each is for before comparing their appearance. The H08 is a luxury mechanical watch; the Galaxy Watch Ultra is a smartwatch. Movement and connected functions, ownership cost, size and wearability, materials and finish, water resistance, and power or battery reserve are relevant decision points, but visual similarity alone cannot tell you which is right for you.
