Case dimensions, design, and strap fit are better starting points than depth rating alone.

These are manufacturer specifications, not guarantees about an individual watch. A rating does not establish that a particular watch is suitable for a particular dive or remains water-resistant in its current condition. Follow your training, equipment limits, service guidance, and the manufacturer’s instructions.
Which DOXA SUB suits your priorities?
Choose the SUB 200T for a smaller, slimmer case
At 39 mm across, 41.5 mm lug-to-lug, and 10.7 mm thick, the SUB 200T is the smallest and thinnest of these three by DOXA’s published measurements. It is the clearest choice if a more compact case is your priority. Its 18 mm lugs also distinguish it from the 20 mm SUB 300T and SUB 600T, so strap choices are not interchangeable by width alone. See DOXA’s SUB 200T product page for current configurations.
Choose the SUB 600T for its 4 o’clock crown and design
The SUB 600T pairs a 40 mm diameter with a 47.6 mm lug-to-lug length and 14.15 mm thickness. Its crown sits at 4 o’clock, and the bezel is marked for dive time and depth. DOXA lists sandblasted steel and black ceramic insert variants, along with NATO and steel bracelet configurations. Its long lug-to-lug measurement is worth checking against your wrist if case length affects your comfort. See DOXA’s SUB 600T product page.

Choose the SUB 300T for its helium release valve and highest stated rating here
The SUB 300T has a 42.5 mm diameter, 44.5 mm lug-to-lug length, and 13.65 mm thickness. Among these three models, it has the highest stated water-resistance rating: 1,200 m / 120 ATM. It also has a helium release valve and a bezel with an integrated no-decompression dive-time calculator. DOXA lists beads-of-rice bracelet and FKM strap options. See DOXA’s SUB 300T product page.
How to make your choice
- Compare the full case dimensions. Diameter alone does not determine how a watch wears: compare thickness and lug-to-lug length too. The SUB 200T is the smallest and thinnest by the published figures, while the SUB 600T has the longest lug-to-lug measurement in this group. Wrist comfort is personal, so try the watch on if possible rather than assuming a fit from the diameter.
- Decide which design details matter to you. The 200T has the integrated US Navy no-decompression limit table; the 600T has a 4 o’clock crown and dive time/depth bezel markings; the 300T has a helium release valve and an integrated no-decompression dive-time calculator. These details differentiate the models, but they do not replace dive planning or training.
- Confirm strap compatibility. The 200T uses 18 mm lugs; the 300T and 600T use 20 mm lugs. Check the exact reference and fit before buying an aftermarket strap, even when the nominal width matches.
- Compare the complete purchase cost. The official US product pages showed prices of $1,790 for the SUB 200T, $2,190 for the SUB 300T, and $1,550 for the SUB 600T when accessed on October 8, 2026. These are dated page snapshots, not guaranteed current prices; color and configuration can affect listed prices. Recheck the selected version, stock, taxes, shipping, and seller terms before buying.
