The Anonimo Nautilo Sailing Edition is a limited SFS-associated variant of the Nautilo, reported as a 300-piece edition with a 44.4 mm case and automatic Sellita SW200-1 movement. Published launch-era prices were €1,950 and CHF 1,990; neither figure establishes what the watch costs today.
What is the Nautilo Sailing Edition?
The Nautilo is one of Anonimo’s core lines. The brand says military engineer Dino Zei developed it in 2003, with an emphasis on design and materials. The Sailing Edition is associated with the SFS sailing team; a dedicated review reports a 300-piece limited run and says its colors echo the SFS II yacht. Le Petit Poussoir’s hands-on review

How large does it wear?
The 55 mm case length is as important as the 44.4 mm diameter when judging fit. The review’s author says the watch felt comfortable on a 16.5 cm wrist despite its scale; that is one person’s subjective experience, not a fit guarantee. Compare both measurements, plus the 22 mm strap width, with a watch you already wear.
The review reports two straps with the edition: black rubber and a red/black striped NATO. If buying a used example, check that both are included rather than assuming the listing is complete.

What did it cost, and what should buyers pay now?
Two launch-era published prices are available: €1,950 in Le Petit Poussoir’s review, whose publication date is not established in the retrieved page, and CHF 1,990 in La Cote des Montres’ 2017-era Nautilo NATO coverage. These are historical references, not current retail prices or estimates of resale value.
Current authorized-retailer stock, a dependable exact-edition listing, and current resale value are not established. For an active offer, assess the specific seller and watch rather than using either old price as a present-day benchmark. Check condition, completeness, service history and asking price, and verify that the watch is the Sailing Edition.

What to check before buying a listing
- Confirm the edition identity and whether the listing documents its SFS association and limited-edition status.
- Compare the 44.4 mm diameter and 55 mm length with a watch that fits you; consider the 12.7 mm thickness and 22 mm strap width as well.
- Ask which straps are included and inspect their condition.
- Request available service records and assess the watch’s overall condition before weighing the asking price.
- Confirm the seller, return terms and any claims about water resistance; a published rating is not a substitute for checking the condition of an individual used watch.
