Garmin’s 2025 Black Friday offers varied by country, retailer, date and eligible product; there was no single worldwide sale window or universal price. In US deal coverage, Android Central reported a Forerunner 265 for $299.99 at Best Buy and an Epix Pro (Gen 2) for $624.90 at Amazon. These are historical snapshots, not current 2026 offers or verified all-time lows.
This retrospective explains what the reported 2025 offers included and what shoppers should compare when evaluating a Garmin watch deal. The campaigns discussed here have ended, and regional prices and terms should not be transferred from one market to another.
What the 2025 Garmin campaigns included
| Market and source | Reported dates and terms | Examples of eligible products or offers |
|---|---|---|
| Hong Kong, Garmin Hong Kong | October 28–November 27, 2025; selected products, vouchers and limited gifts | Selected Forerunner watches, Instinct outdoor watches and cycling computers; vouchers of up to HK$1,000 |
| Saudi Arabia, Garmin Saudi Arabia | November 20–30, 2025, or until stock ran out; selected products only, with new releases excluded | Listed products included fēnix 8, Instinct 3, Edge 1040, Edge 1040 Solar, Tacx NEO 3M Smart Trainer and tactix 8 |
| Japan, Garmin Japan | November 28–December 1, 2025; T-shirt offer for the first 300 eligible purchasers while supplies lasted | Eligible products included Forerunner, fēnix, Instinct, Venu, golf, dive, cycling and navigation devices |
| United States, Android Central deal guide | Historical retailer-price snapshot from November 2025; not a single Garmin-wide campaign | Forerunner 265 and Epix Pro (Gen 2) examples detailed below |
Garmin Hong Kong’s announcement specified vouchers up to HK$1,000. Garmin Saudi Arabia’s terms made the offer subject to stock and excluded new releases. Garmin Japan’s T-shirt promotion applied to eligible purchases through its official online store, with the stated customer limit and while supplies lasted. These terms applied to their named markets only.

| Forerunner 265 | Best Buy: $299.99, compared with a stated $449.99 | Intermediate running and training features |
| Epix Pro (Gen 2) | Amazon: $624.90, compared with a stated $1,099.99 | Outdoor use and premium features |
Android Central also listed deals across the vívoactive 6, Lily 2 Active, Forerunner 165 and 965, Instinct 3 Solar and Venu X1. The guide’s comparison framed the Forerunner 165 as an entry-level running option, the 265 as an intermediate choice with additional training features, and the 965 as a more advanced option. These are the guide’s buyer-oriented comparisons, not claims of independent testing.
For hikers and outdoor users, the same guide discussed the Instinct 3 Solar and Epix Pro (Gen 2), and noted the premium fēnix 8. Compare exact model and configuration before treating any of these as alternatives: size, display or solar version, and bundle can differ.
Japan’s official-store prices were separate
Garmin Japan’s promotion listed the vívoactive 5 at ¥29,800 versus a stated prior price of ¥39,800, and the Forerunner 570 at ¥74,800 versus ¥89,800. These are Japanese official-store figures from that campaign, not US prices or worldwide reference prices.

- Match the exact model. Check generation, case size, display or solar version, and any included bundle.
- Keep market and currency together. A Japanese yen price, Hong Kong voucher and US retailer discount are different offers. Do not compare them as if they shared one price basis.
- Check the retailer and offer conditions. Note whether the offer was from Garmin or a named retailer, whether it applied online or in-store, and any stock, eligibility or gift limits.
- Record the source and date of a quoted price. A sale price and stated former price are a report from a particular listing and time; they do not establish an all-time low or a current offer.
- Choose for the intended use. Compare running and training, everyday fitness, hiking and navigation, cycling, golf or diving needs rather than choosing only by the size of a discount.
What to expect from these historical examples
The documented 2025 campaigns show why shoppers should not assume Garmin deals share one start date or apply to every model. Hong Kong’s campaign began in October, Saudi Arabia’s ran in late November subject to stock, and Japan’s offer began on November 28. US editorial coverage recorded separate retailer listings rather than a universal Garmin price.
For a future sale, use these examples as context only: verify the current listing, exact configuration, local terms and seller. The dossier does not establish any 2026 offer, current stock, or price-history evidence sufficient to call a 2025 price the lowest ever.
