Blancpain specifies its automatic Caliber 1315 and a 120-hour power reserve. This is a specification-led overview, not a first-person hands-on review: available information does not establish how the watch wears, performs in timed testing or behaves underwater.
What the 5010 12B40 NAOA includes
Blancpain’s US product page identifies the blue titanium watch as reference 5010 12B40 NAOA. Its stated configuration is:
- 42.30 mm titanium case
- Sunburst blue dial
- NATO strap with pin buckle
- Automatic Caliber 1315 with a stated 120-hour power reserve
Blancpain lists the NAOA at $20,300 on that US page and notes that price may vary depending on strap fastening. How the NAOA differs from the O52B
The suffix matters when comparing listings. Blancpain’s O52B family variant has a sail-canvas strap and folding clasp, rather than the NAOA’s NATO strap and pin buckle. Its displayed US price is $22,400. These are different configurations, so the O52B price and hardware should not be attributed to the NAOA.

Case dimensions, water resistance and fit
Blancpain gives the NAOA’s case diameter as 42.30 mm. The adjacent O52B variant page lists a 14.30 mm thickness, 30 bar water resistance and 21.50 mm width between the horns. Those are manufacturer-published family-variant specifications, not independent measurements of the NAOA. Check with Blancpain to confirm which details apply to the exact reference you are considering.

The 21.50 mm horn width and Blancpain’s description of interchangeable straps on the O52B page may help when discussing strap options, but they do not confirm that a particular third-party strap fits the NAOA. Caliber 1315 and the stated power reserve
For the NAOA, Blancpain identifies an automatic Caliber 1315 and specifies a 120-hour power reserve. The O52B page provides further manufacturer specifications for that movement: 4 Hz frequency, 35 jewels, a silicon balance spring, 227 components and a thickness of 5.65 mm. Where it sits in the Fifty Fathoms 5010 family
Blancpain’s April 2025 press document says the 42 mm stainless-steel 5010 Automatique joined the permanent collection. It describes that release as following the 2023 Fifty Fathoms 70th Anniversary Act 1 and accompanying titanium and red-gold variants introduced in 2024. Separate 2024 technical material describes family-level features including a date and seconds, a unidirectional sapphire bezel, sunburst blue dial and self-winding movement. What the published information cannot tell you
Manufacturer specifications describe the watch on paper, but they do not answer several practical questions. There is no wrist-size or comfort assessment, independent legibility or timing test, or underwater test in the available information. Treat the 30 bar figure as a published specification for the adjacent O52B variant, not as evidence of tested underwater performance for the NAOA. For personal fit and current availability, inspect the exact reference through Blancpain or an authorized point of sale.
