What makes the enamel dial distinctive?

On the Phillips 5140BA example, the catalogue specifies blued-steel hands, Breguet numerals, and a small-seconds display at five o’clock. The 1916 Company lists hours, minutes, and small seconds for the 5140BB/29/9W6, but its description does not establish that every dial detail matches the BA example. Check the precise reference and pictured dial when comparing a particular watch.
What movement and dimensions are documented?
For its 5140BA lot, Phillips lists automatic calibre 502.3SD and a 40.5 mm case diameter. A secondary World of Luxury US description reports a 3 Hz frequency and 45-hour power reserve for the Classique 5140; those figures should be confirmed against the exact reference and its documentation rather than assumed for every variant. The 5140BB/29/9W6 dimensions listed by The 1916 Company are shown separately above.

Breguet’s calibre 5140 manual states 3 bar (30 m) water resistance when the crown is in position 1. Confirm that the manual applies to the watch being considered before relying on that rating. The manual also warns against correcting the date between 8 p.m. and 1 a.m.; consult it for the relevant watch’s setting instructions.
