The Bulgari Octo Finissimo Chronograph GMT reference 103468 is the rose-gold version of the model, pairing a 43 mm octagonal case with an automatic chronograph and second-time-zone function. Bulgari lists the case at 8.75 mm thick and the BVL318 movement at 3.30 mm thick; those figures describe different parts of the watch.

These are specifications published by Bulgari on its official product page, accessed October 7, 2026. They are manufacturer-stated figures, not independent measurements or test results.
What the reference number identifies
Reference 103468 identifies the rose-gold and brown configuration: an 18 kt rose-gold case, brown lacquered sunray dial and brown alligator bracelet. It should not be confused with titanium Octo Finissimo Chronograph GMT references, which are different configurations and may have different specifications. The figures above apply specifically to 103468.
How thin is the watch?
Bulgari gives the complete case a thickness of 8.75 mm. Its separate 3.30 mm figure is the thickness of the BVL318 movement, not the assembled watch. Keeping the measurements distinct matters when comparing this model with another watch: a movement-thickness figure cannot stand in for total case thickness.

Movement and functions
The automatic BVL318 combines timekeeping with a chronograph and a second-time-zone function. Bulgari specifies a frequency of 28,800 vph, or 4 Hz, 37 jewels and a 55-hour power reserve. The listed functions are hours, minutes, small seconds, second time zone and chronograph; the source does not provide further operating instructions for the GMT or chronograph.
Case, dial and water resistance
The 43 mm case is made from satin-polished 18 kt rose gold. Bulgari lists a brown lacquered sunray dial, rose-gold indexes with SLN, a rose-gold crown with a black ceramic insert, and a transparent caseback. The strap is described as a brown alligator bracelet and closes with an ardillon buckle.

Bulgari specifies water resistance up to 100 metres. That is the maker’s rating; it does not, by itself, establish suitability for a particular activity or replace care guidance for the watch.
Bulgari’s “world’s slimmest” statement
Bulgari describes the Octo Finissimo Chronograph GMT as “the world’s slimmest self-winding watch featuring a chronograph and GMT function.” This is the manufacturer’s comparative claim, not an independently verified record. The product page also calls the watch “a perfect blend of technical sophistication and aesthetic refinement.”
