Both use the automatic calibre 1847 MC and share the Pasha’s distinctive dial layout; the practical difference is straightforward: the 35mm has no date, while the 41mm adds a date aperture at about 4:30. The 35mm is also marginally thinner in the specifications reported at launch.

These are specifications and prices reported for the 2020 steel references, not a statement of current availability or current pricing. Cartier’s product page for the 35mm reference describes a SmartLink-adjustable steel bracelet and a second navy alligator strap with QuickSwitch interchangeability. The cited Cartier material does not establish that the 41mm steel reference has the same included strap configuration.
What the 35mm and 41mm versions share
The Pasha dial and crown
Both watches preserve the recognizable Pasha arrangement: a square motif sits within the round dial, with Arabic numerals around it. The capped winding crown, secured to the case by a short chain, carries a blue spinel cabochon. These shared details give the two sizes the same design identity despite their different proportions and display layouts.
Calibre 1847 MC and everyday resistance
Both reviewed steel models use Cartier’s automatic calibre 1847 MC. Fratello reported a 40-hour power reserve and 100m water resistance for the pair in its April 2020 review. That review also described nickel-phosphorus escapement components and a special-alloy movement shield intended to resist magnetic fields encountered in everyday use. Cartier did not provide a precise gauss rating in the account, so the anti-magnetic performance should not be treated as a quantified specification.

How to choose between the sizes
Choose the 35mm if you prefer a date-free dial
The 35mm reference, CRWSPA0013, omits the date aperture, leaving the square-within-a-circle dial unobstructed by a calendar display. Its reported 9.37mm thickness is 0.18mm less than the 41mm model’s. Cartier’s product page lists a steel bracelet with SmartLink adjustment and a second navy alligator strap that can be changed using QuickSwitch.
Choose the 41mm if you want a date display
The 41mm reference, CRWSPA0009, adds a date aperture at approximately 4:30 and measures 9.55mm thick in Fratello’s 2020 specifications. The cited evidence does not establish that either diameter will fit a particular wrist better; that depends on individual wrist dimensions and fit preference, so trying the watch on is the most reliable way to judge it.

Launch pricing and historical context
Robert-Jan Broer’s Fratello review, published April 24, 2020, reports launch-era prices of €6,250 for the 35mm CRWSPA0013 and €6,800 for the 41mm CRWSPA0009. These are euro prices as published in that 2020 review, not current retail prices. The article describes the Pasha as marking its 35th birthday in 2020 and attributes the original design to Gérald Genta; that is the review’s historical framing.
Fratello also reported an eight-year international warranty for the launch models in 2020. Warranty terms can change, so current coverage should be confirmed directly with Cartier. A separate Cartier listing for a 41mm two-tone model (CRW2PA0009) specifies the same movement, a date aperture, and 9.55mm thickness, but it is a different configuration and should not be used as a substitute specification sheet for the 2020 steel reference.
