Casio’s original A130WE lineup comprises four variants: A130WE-1A, A130WE-7A, A130WEG-9A and A130WEGG-1A. They share a retro-futuristic digital display with an analog-style home-time graphic, while finishes and LCD accents distinguish some models. Four is the original lineup—not the current worldwide total: Casio’s regional pages list additional variants introduced in 2026.
What makes the A130WE retro-futuristic?
Casio describes the A130 as a digital watch with an analog-style clock display, drawing on gadget designs popular in the 1980s. Its LCD pairs conventional digital information with graphic elements: the upper-left analog-style clock shows home time, and a graphic at the upper right indicates progress through functions. Casio’s explanation is that “The LCD is divided into digital and analog-style sections with the analog-style clock on the upper left showing the home time and the graphic at the upper right indicating the progress of various functions.” — Casio’s A130WE-7A product page
An angular case and metal band complete the design. The contrast between a digital readout and a simulated clock face is the central visual idea, rather than a conventional analog movement paired with a digital display.
The original four A130WE variants
Casio’s Europe family page presents these four model codes as the original lineup. Color and finish are useful starting points for comparison, but check the exact code on the local Casio page and retailer listing before buying.

| Model | What the official pages establish |
|---|---|
| A130WE-1A | Included in Casio Europe’s original four-variant lineup. A specific LCD accent color is not stated on the cited family page. |
| A130WE-7A | Included in the original lineup; Casio identifies its LCD as blue. |
| A130WEG-9A | Included in Casio Europe’s original four-variant lineup. A specific LCD accent color is not stated on the cited family page. |
| A130WEGG-1A | Included in the original lineup; Casio identifies its LCD as orange. |
Casio’s Europe A130WE family page shows the original four codes together. Its inclusion of a model establishes its place in that lineup, but does not establish that all four launched everywhere at once.
Four models is not the current worldwide total
Casio’s later regional listings make the headline’s “four new models” wording time- and region-dependent. The international site marks the A130WE-9A “NEW 07/2026,” while Casio India marks the A130WE-3A “NEW 08/2026.” Those labels establish the months shown on those specific regional pages, not a global launch date, universal availability, or worldwide stock.

For a purchase, compare the complete model code, case and band finish, LCD accent, local price and availability. Prices should be checked in the relevant market: for example, Casio India lists the A130WE-3A at ₹4,495 including taxes, a figure specific to that model and regional page—not a price for the original four or a universal A130 price. See the international A130WE-9A page and India A130WE-3A page for those regional listings.

Check the exact model’s local product page and manual for the applicable water-resistance information.

What to check before choosing one
- Match the full model code—not just “A130”—to the variant shown on the official page and the retailer’s listing.
- Choose by the finish and LCD color you want; the blue accent is identified with the A130WE-7A and the orange accent with the A130WEGG-1A.
- Confirm the local price, availability and product specifications on your regional Casio page; regional pages do not guarantee stock elsewhere.
- If water use matters, verify the exact model’s rating in its official specifications or manual rather than inferring a use case from a general water-resistance claim.
