Is the GW-6900NASA24-1 solar powered?
Yes. Casio lists Tough Solar charging and Multi-Band 6 atomic timekeeping among the watch’s features. Solar charging supplements its rechargeable battery; it does not mean the watch never needs light or that battery life is unlimited. Casio’s U.S. product-page content uses the notation 20 BAR, while its G-SHOCK collection page and launch announcement state 200 m. Those are paired representations in the cited official materials; the rating is not a claim that the watch is suitable for every underwater activity.
