Casio Europe announced it for February 2025 at a recommended retail price of €4,000; that is its European launch price, not a current or worldwide quote.
What is the MRG-B2100R-2A?
It is a premium G-SHOCK MR-G model with an analog display, solar power, radio time calibration and Bluetooth connectivity. Casio’s European product description says, “The dial is inspired by the traditional Japanese art of interlocking woodwork called kigumi.” Its blue color also draws on Ao-zumi ink associated with Japanese ink-wash painting and calligraphy.

The dial uses a two-part construction for its index marks, creating depth in the latticework design. Casio says the bezel interlocks 27 components, each individually precision polished. A Multi-guard Structure uses flat springs and silicone buffers as part of the watch’s shock-resistant construction.
What makes its materials and construction distinctive?
Casio lists titanium and Cobarion for the case and bezel. The company describes Cobarion as about four times harder than pure titanium; this is Casio’s material description, not an independent comparative test. The watch has a resin band, not an all-metal bracelet. Casio’s launch description highlights the Dura-Soft band and titanium components at the band-to-case connection.

Price and release timing
Casio Europe’s release announcement said the MRG-B2100R-2ADR would be available from February 2025 for a recommended retail price of €4,000 through Casio.com and selected specialist retailers. This is a historical European launch price. It does not establish today’s price, stock, or pricing in another region. Casio’s US product page did not provide a current price or inventory status in the information available here.

Casio Computer Co., Ltd.’s FY2025 results briefing later described MRG-B2100R sales as “firm worldwide.” The cited passage gives no model-specific sales units or revenue, so it cannot establish how many watches sold.

- Confirm the exact reference and regional variant with the seller; the release announcement identifies the European version as MRG-B2100R-2ADR.
- Check current price, availability, warranty coverage and return terms directly with Casio or the retailer. The 2025 announcement is not evidence of present stock.
- Decide whether the 49.5 mm-long case and 110 g weight suit your wrist and wearing preferences.
