Citizen’s November 2024 Attesa HAKUTO-R release comprises three Japan-announced limited editions: AT8287-62E, CC4067-66E and CB0285-63E. The CC4067-66E is the GPS satellite-wave model; the other two use radio-controlled timekeeping with Direct Flight. Citizen’s announced Japanese launch prices ranged from ¥192,500 to ¥374,000, but those are historical launch terms—not current prices or confirmation that a watch is still available.
Which Citizen Attesa HAKUTO-R release is this?
This article covers the black-themed three-watch collection Citizen announced on October 1, 2024, with a planned Japan launch on November 7, 2024. It is distinct from Citizen’s separate March 2024 HAKUTO-R Attesa group, which comprised CC4065-61Y, BY1008-67L and BY1009-64Y and used a moon-focused design concept. Citizen’s October 2024 announcement and its February 2024 announcement document the two releases.
November 2024 models at a glance
| Reference | Timekeeping system | Announced Japan suggested retail price | Worldwide limited quantity |
|---|---|---|---|
| AT8287-62E | Eco-Drive radio-controlled; Direct Flight for 26 time zones | ¥209,000 | 2,900 pieces |
| CC4067-66E | F950 Eco-Drive GPS satellite-wave | ¥374,000 | 2,300 pieces |
| CB0285-63E | Eco-Drive radio-controlled; Direct Flight for 26 time zones | ¥192,500 | 1,900 pieces |
Prices, quantities and the planned release date are the launch terms Citizen announced in 2024; they do not establish current market prices, remaining stock or availability outside Japan. Direct Flight on the two radio-controlled models is operated using the crown. Citizen’s announcement does not provide the same detailed specification block for those two references as it does for the CC4067-66E, so the GPS model’s dimensions and functions should not be assumed to apply to them.
What distinguishes the CC4067-66E?
GPS timekeeping and functions
The CC4067-66E uses Citizen’s F950 Eco-Drive movement, which is powered by light and receives time information from GPS satellites. Citizen lists world time for 39 time differences, dual time, a 1/20-second chronograph with a maximum measurement of 24 hours, an alarm and a perpetual calendar. Its stated accuracy is ±5 seconds per month when it is not receiving a time signal. The listed full-charge running time is about five years with power save active. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results.

- Black Super Titanium with DLC Coating 44.6mm Case
- Anti-Reflective Double Domed Sapphire Crystal
- 100M Water Resistant and Limited Warranty
Citizen says the watch can receive time information in as little as three seconds. The company’s Hong Kong English-language announcement describes the “fastest” comparison as based on Citizen’s in-house research as of September 2023; treat the timing as a manufacturer claim, not an independently verified result. Citizen Hong Kong’s announcement provides that attribution.
Case and wearability
Citizen lists the CC4067-66E at 44.6 mm in diameter and 16.0 mm thick. Its case and bracelet are Super Titanium with Duratect DLC, and it has dual-spherical sapphire glass with clarity coating. The stated water resistance is 10 bar. Those measurements describe this reference only; the release does not establish equivalent dimensions for AT8287-62E or CB0285-63E.

- The limited-edition PCAT Sport is an even more modern, action-ready take on a classic aviation-inspired design. Bold from first glance, thanks to its 43mm silver-tone stainless steel case, screw-down pushers, and a guard-flanked crown provide durable prominence in wear, while a durable stainless steel and polyurethane strap secures the watch to the wrist.
- On the dial, the timepiece’s many mission-ready features are displayed, including a tachymetric bezel, world timer, perpetual calendar, power reserve indicator, chronograph, and atomic timekeeping with synchronized time adjustment in 43 cities worldwide and radio control.
- Sustainably powered by light and never needs a battery change with Eco-Drive technology. Water resistant up to 200 meters. Caliber E660.
- Limited to 1,500 unnumbered pieces worldwide.
What is shared in the design?
Citizen describes all three November editions as having glossy black Duratect DLC and recrystallized titanium center bracelet links. Their black crystal-pattern dials and silver-colored accents are presented as an interpretation of the dark reaches of space. The CC4067-66E has a silver moon and HAKUTO-R logo on its caseback.
How does the watch connect to HAKUTO-R?
HAKUTO-R is ispace’s lunar exploration program. Citizen says it became a corporate partner in 2019 and that its Super Titanium was used in landing-leg parts for the HAKUTO-R lander. The collaboration informs the collection’s space-inspired design as well as its name; it does not mean the watches themselves are mission equipment.

What should buyers check now?
The announced prices and limited quantities help identify the original Japanese release, but they are not a guide to today’s asking price or proof that a particular listing is authentic, authorized or in stock. When evaluating a listing, check the full reference number against the November 2024 models, confirm the seller and condition, and distinguish the CC4067-66E from the two radio-controlled Direct Flight references. A general Attesa or HAKUTO-R search can also surface the separate March 2024 collection.
