Design, dial and size
The Arcly’s defining combination is a rose gold-tone stainless-steel case and a white dial with mother-of-pearl details. Citizen also identifies a small diamond accent. The case measures 31.2 mm across, with 14 mm lugs, making those dimensions useful reference points if you are comparing it with watches you already own. They do not establish how it will look or feel on a particular wrist; that depends on wrist size and personal preference.
Citizen calls the crystal spherical sapphire. The bracelet has a deployment clasp with push buttons. The listed 72 g weight comes from Citizen Canada, so treat it as a regional product-page specification rather than an independently verified measurement.

Does it come with a leather strap?
Citizen describes an interchangeable silver-colored apple-leather strap, and its Canadian product page presents an “Interchangeable Strap Set” variant. This supports the existence of a strap option, but listings and box contents can vary by market. Confirm the exact local listing and included components before assuming every purchase includes the same set. The available product information does not establish a universal clasp specification for the strap or confirm that generic 14 mm straps will fit.
