How large is it, and what does 30 m water resistance mean?
Size and fit
All three examined listings give a 42 mm case diameter. The Touch of Modern variant is listed at 10.7 mm thick, while SeriousWatches gives 11 mm for its variant; both list 22 mm lugs. Those dimensions describe only the cited suffixes. A 42 mm case may wear large on a smaller wrist, and lug-to-lug length is not stated in these records, so try the actual watch or check that measurement before buying.

Claude Bernard’s manual says the operating instructions correspond to the calibre reference found on the case back.
