CODE41’s ANOMALY-T4 is an automatic mechanical watch with an exposed movement, asymmetrical bridges and a transparent caseback. Its Creator Edition went up for pre-order in 2022; CODE41’s product page currently presents the T4 as a configurable collection, not as a new 2026 release. Here are its specifications, design, strap details and the qualifications to keep in mind when considering one.
What is the CODE41 ANOMALY-T4?
The T4 is the fourth iteration of CODE41’s ANOMALY collection. Its defining feature is an open-heart-style dial that reveals parts of the automatic movement, framed by a layered, asymmetrical bridge design. A sapphire crystal caseback exposes the movement from the rear as well.
CODE41 says community members had asked for a visible movement. Founder Claudio D’Amore described the goal as “a harmonious watch with a technical esthetic incorporating the best of the ANOMALY collection.” That is the brand’s stated design rationale, rather than an independent assessment of the watch.
When did the ANOMALY-T4 come out?
CODE41 announced the Creator Edition in Lausanne in June 2022, with pre-orders scheduled from June 29 through July 21, 2022. The brand’s product page now presents the T4 as a current, customizable collection. That current listing does not establish a new launch date, current stock, or a guaranteed delivery window.

What movement and performance does it offer?
CODE41 specifies a Swiss Sellita SW200-1 S automatic movement. The company gives a claimed accuracy of -7/+7 seconds per day. This is a manufacturer specification—not a result from independent testing or a timekeeping measurement of an individual watch.
The movement is mechanical and automatic; the T4 is not a smartwatch and has no app-based or notification features described in the cited product information.

What are the case, crystal and water-resistance specifications?
- Case material: CODE41 says the case uses 100% recycled 316L grade 4441 steel. The 2022 press release attributes a production carbon footprint one tenth that of standard steel to this specific recycled steel and local production processes; it is a brand-reported comparison, not an independently verified lifecycle assessment.
- Crystals: Sapphire crystal on the front and back, with anti-reflective treatment, according to CODE41.
- Water resistance: 100 m / 10 ATM. CODE41 says each watch is individually pressure tested in a pressurized chamber. The rating is the manufacturer’s specification, not a substitute for checking care guidance and the watch’s condition.
- Low-light visibility: Super-LumiNova on the hands and indices.
These specifications come from CODE41’s ANOMALY-T4 product page and its 2022 press release; the cited materials are brand-owned, not independent tests.
Which straps fit the T4?
CODE41 describes the T4 as having a tool-free interchangeable strap system and lists a 24 mm lug width. Its compatibility guidance says T4 straps work with CODE41 models except DAY41 in 37 mm and 40 mm sizes and ANOMALY EVOLUTION in 38 mm. Check the exact strap and watch variant before choosing a third-party replacement; lug width alone does not establish that every strap or attachment will fit.
