The CODE41 X41 Titanium is a 42 mm skeletonized automatic with a peripheral rotor, large date and approximately 45-hour power reserve. CODE41 lists its Grade 5 titanium models from Edition 4 onward at 10 ATM and publishes a −2/+10 seconds-per-day precision range. Those are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results. The supplied title’s “Generation 5” wording is not established as CODE41’s formal edition name; check the watch reference or order documents before using it as an official designation.
What the X41 Titanium offers
The X41’s most distinctive feature is its automatic movement architecture: CODE41 places the oscillating weight around the movement’s perimeter rather than using a conventional central rotor. That leaves more of the movement visible through the skeletonized design. The visual payoff is clear from the specifications and construction description; whether the 42 mm case suits a particular wrist is a hands-on question, not one the dimensions alone can settle.
CODE41 describes the movement as a hand-produced and assembled manufacture calibre made in very small series. Its published specifications include 297 components, 33 jewels, a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), a large date and an approximate 45-hour power reserve. The brand also says the movement is adjusted in five positions and gives a precision range of −2/+10 seconds per day. These are CODE41’s stated figures; no independent timing result for a specific watch is established here. CODE41 X41 user guide
Dimensions, titanium and edition differences
CODE41 lists the X41 case at 42 mm in diameter and 11.7 mm thick. Its guide gives a weight of 55 g for the watch, or 85 g with a leather strap. These are manufacturer-listed specifications, not independent measurements. Grade 5 titanium is specified for models from Edition 4 onward; CODE41 says it is twice as strong as Grade 2 titanium. The guide identifies earlier Creator Edition, Edition 2 and Edition 3 models as Grade 2 titanium instead.

- Quick-Release Nylon Strap for Comfort: The lightweight nylon strap prioritizes comfort for all-day wear, while the quick-release mechanism allows for effortless strap changes to suit any occasion. Low-maintenance and durable, it’s designed for convenience.
That distinction matters when buying a pre-owned X41 or comparing listings: case material and water-resistance rating vary by edition. Confirm the exact reference on the watch or paperwork rather than assuming that every X41 Titanium has the same specification—or that “Generation 5” is its official model name.
How accurate is the CODE41 X41?
CODE41 publishes a precision range of −2/+10 seconds per day and says the movement is adjusted in five positions. The user guide also says, “All of our watches have been adjusted by hand with the greatest of precision.” That describes the manufacturer’s process and claim, not the measured performance of an independently tested example. Actual accuracy can vary by watch, wear pattern and condition; the published range should not be mistaken for a test result for your individual watch.

Power reserve and winding
CODE41 specifies an approximate 45-hour power reserve. The watch winds through wrist movement, but the guide says that if daily movement has not fully charged it, the owner may turn the crown clockwise about 40 times. Its instructions distinguish crown positions for winding, date setting and time setting. Remove the watch before winding, and do not force the crown. See CODE41’s X41 operating instructions.
Can you swim with the X41 Titanium?
For Grade 5 titanium X41 models from Edition 4 onward, CODE41 lists water resistance at 10 ATM. It says these editions are suitable for shallow water and competitive swimming, provided the crown is correctly locked. The brand advises against scuba diving, strong currents, deep immersion, impact risk and significant temperature changes. Older Creator Edition, 2 and 3 models are listed at 5 ATM, for which CODE41 describes surface swimming only. Water resistance is edition-specific; check the reference and condition of a pre-owned watch before entering water. CODE41’s guide provides the edition-specific water-resistance guidance.

The guide lists a 24 mm interchangeable strap. That width alone does not establish that an arbitrary third-party strap will fit the X41’s connector, so confirm the end shape and listing dimensions before ordering. CODE41 says X41 straps fit certain other 24 mm models, while 21 mm models require different straps. Its support page recommends that steel and PVD strap adjustment be carried out by a jeweler or watchmaker. X41 strap guidance; CODE41 support.

Is the CODE41 X41 Titanium worth the price?
The case for the X41 rests on its unusual peripheral-rotor movement, extensive movement visibility, Grade 5 titanium in Edition 4-and-later models, and the brand’s detailed origin disclosure. Its published figures also make ownership expectations easier to understand: approximately 45 hours of reserve, 10 ATM for the relevant editions, and a recommended service interval of 4–8 years. The counterweight is that the quoted accuracy remains a manufacturer claim rather than an independently established result here, the 42 mm fit needs personal assessment, and current pricing is firmly in luxury-watch territory. Whether that combination justifies the price depends on how much the movement design and transparent origin breakdown matter to you; the available evidence does not establish a comparative value or accuracy advantage over other watches.
