What is the difference between the CWC SBS date and no-date?
CWC lists the SF300 QS120-DD as the day/date Issue Diver and the SF300 QS120 as the no-date SBS variant. The company says the no-date version is otherwise the same as the issue watch. The date model has the day/date display; choose between them based on whether you want that information on the dial.
Do not confuse either current QS120 model with the SF300-87. CWC presents that watch as a historical reissue, and its listed bezel is 60-click rather than the current QS120-DD’s 120-click bezel.

Can you replace the strap on a CWC SBS with fixed bars?
Yes, but not with every ordinary replacement strap. The current SF300 QS120-DD has fixed bars, so a strap intended to attach using removable spring bars may not fit. CWC lists the supplied black strap as 20 mm wide.
- Look for a pass-through strap or another design specifically compatible with fixed bars.
- Confirm that the strap is suitable for the watch’s 20 mm width and fixed-bar layout before buying.
- Do not assume that a conventional two-piece strap will fit simply because it is 20 mm wide.
Is the CWC SBS Diver worth it?
The SF300 QS120-DD is most compelling for someone who specifically wants the CWC SBS design, a day/date quartz movement, a 120-click bezel and the compact dimensions CWC lists. It is less straightforward if you want to use conventional quick-change straps: fixed bars make strap selection a compatibility decision rather than a routine swap.
