Free and open to the public, the five-day event brought together more than 90 participating brands for launches, exhibitions, talks, workshops and cultural programming. It also marked 10 years since the event was established in 2015.
When and where was Dubai Watch Week 2025?
The event took place November 19–23, 2025, at Dubai Mall and Burj Park in Downtown Dubai. Dubai Calendar listed the same dates and location in its event entry. The Dubai Media Office said the edition was held under the patronage of Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, and described it as the seventh edition and the 10th anniversary of the event’s establishment in 2015.
Admission was free and the event was open to the public, according to the Dubai Media Office and Audemars Piguet. The brand’s page also said its own House of Wonders exhibition offered on-site registration; its exhibition details should not be taken as the schedule or registration terms for every part of the wider event.
What made the 2025 edition bigger?
Ahmed Seddiqi described a new 200,000-square-foot setting at Burj Park as Dubai Watch Week’s largest venue to date. The organizer-associated page said more than 90 major houses, independent brands, micro-brands and niche makers took part, and reported 46% more exhibiting brands than at the preceding edition. Those venue and growth figures are Ahmed Seddiqi’s account; the Dubai Media Office separately confirmed participation by more than 90 brands.

The expansion was not only about exhibition space. The Dubai Media Office characterized Dubai Watch Week as a non-commercial platform for cultural exchange, networking and community engagement, combining the business of watchmaking with public-facing experiences. The available official reporting does not state a 2025 attendance total. For context only, the government report said the 2023 edition drew more than 23,000 guests.
What could visitors see and do?
Brand launches and displays
The Dubai Media Office reported more than 20 brand launches, alongside global launches and activations. Brands used the event to present watches and tell stories about design, craft and history, giving visitors more to explore than a conventional product display.

Talks and industry discussions
The opening keynote, “The Time to Act is Now – A Note to the Watch Industry,” featured Rolex CEO Jean-Frédéric Dufour and Abdul Hamied Seddiqi, Chairman of Seddiqi Holding. The program also introduced the first CEO Roundtable: Horology Edition, with Georges Kern, Ilaria Resta, Karl-Friedrich Scheufele and Julien Tornare.
Two discussions were held in Arabic, focusing on regional luxury markets and family-business succession and strategy. Their inclusion made regional business questions part of the program rather than limiting the conversation to product launches.

Masterclasses, calligraphy and art
Visitors could also attend workshops and masterclasses. Audemars Piguet’s House of Wonders included a panel on innovation and two masterclasses, within an exhibition the brand said covered more than 1,000 square meters. The exhibition used thematic rooms and installations to guide visitors through watchmaking concepts, connecting the brand’s history and craft to an immersive format.
Live Arabic calligraphy by Hazem Kurdali and Alia Bent Sultan’s exhibition, “Dubai Races Against Time,” brought additional cultural programming to the event. The Collectors Lounge returned and marked Ahmed Seddiqi’s 75th anniversary.

Why was the seventh edition a milestone?
The 2025 event combined two markers: it was the seventh Dubai Watch Week, and it came 10 years after the platform was established in 2015. That anniversary gave the expanded venue and broader program added significance. Sheikha Latifa described the gathering as “a global platform where creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation converge,” while Dubai Watch Week CEO Hind Seddiqi credited her continued patronage and support as instrumental to the platform.
