For a slimmer, everyday G-SHOCK
The GA-2100-1A is the documented option in this shortlist with an approximately 11.8mm profile. Its shock resistance and 200m rating make it a practical candidate for daily wear and active water use. Choose it for those uses rather than assuming it is a substitute for a purpose-built scuba watch.
For scuba-rated water resistance
The three Citizen Promaster models are explicitly listed for scuba diving at 200m/20bar. The BN0265-00A and BN0266-07E have 40.6mm cases; the BN0200-56E is larger at 44mm and uses Super Titanium for its case and bracelet. Those dimensions help compare size, but do not by themselves predict comfort on a particular wrist.

Citizen says Eco-Drive is powered by light and does not need a battery replacement. That is a useful distinction if you prefer to avoid routine battery changes; it does not remove the need to follow the watch’s care instructions.
What does 200m water resistance mean?
It is a pressure-based water-resistance rating, not a promise that every watch marked 200m is intended for every underwater activity. Casio says standard 200m/20bar G-SHOCK models can suit active water use, while professional scuba diving calls for a watch specifically designed and tested for diving. Casio points to its FROGMAN models as the G-SHOCK line made to ISO standards for 200m diving-water resistance. - Match the exact model suffix to the manufacturer page; related variants can differ in materials, features, price, and availability.
- Check the current official price and stock. The cited prices are snapshots, and at least one listed Citizen price and one Casio price were promotional.
- Choose based on intended water activity: general active-water resistance is not the same claim as an explicit scuba rating.
