The Bell & Ross BR-03 Diver Lum Outline gives a black ceramic dive watch a distinctive night-time look: green-emission Super-LumiNova traces selected dial details instead of lighting a broad expanse of the dial. Reference BR03A-D-OL-CE/SRB, it is a 42 mm, 300 m water-resistant limited edition of 500 pieces. Bell & Ross’s US pages currently show conflicting prices, so confirm the current figure and availability with the brand before buying.
A diver dial drawn in light
The Lum Outline’s defining feature is selective illumination. Green-emission Super-LumiNova X2 outlines the applied indices and skeletonized hour and minute hands against a black dial. Bell & Ross calls the markers “Baignoire-style”; an arrow-shaped hour hand and luminous seconds hand complete the display. The result is a neon-outline effect that makes the dial’s essential forms stand out in low light.
Bell & Ross describes the approach as a refinement of its Full Lum concept: “only the essential lines are now highlighted in Super-LumiNova®.” In practical visual terms, the Outline trades a more broadly luminous presentation for luminous contours. That is the meaningful distinction from the Full Lum version, not a change to the watch’s basic dive-watch format.

Price and availability: the US listings disagree
At the time the official US pages were checked, Bell & Ross’s product page showed $5,800 and marked the watch “Unavailable,” while the brand’s US BR-03 Diver collection page listed it at a regular price of $5,600. Those are conflicting brand-published page values, not confirmation of a current transaction price or stock status. Check with Bell & Ross for current price and availability.

How it sits beside other BR-03 Divers
Bell & Ross’s US collection page offers two nearby reference points. Its listed prices help frame the Lum Outline, but the collection listing does not establish comparable specifications for the other models.

| Model listed by Bell & Ross US | Displayed price | What the listing establishes |
|---|---|---|
| BR-03 Diver Lum Outline | $5,600 regular price on the collection page; the product page separately showed $5,800 and “Unavailable” | 42 mm; limited to 500 pieces |
| BR-03 Diver Full Lum Ceramic | $5,600 | Full Lum model; other comparable specifications not stated on the cited collection page |
| BR-03 Diver Black Matte Ceramic | $5,200 | Black matte ceramic model; other comparable specifications not stated on the cited collection page |
The Full Lum is the closest visual alternative: it represents the more broadly luminous dial treatment, while the Outline emphasizes selected contours. The Black Matte Ceramic is a lower-listed-price collection alternative, but the cited collection page does not establish its edition status, dimensions, water resistance, movement, or availability against the Outline.

The watch makes most sense for someone drawn to the BR-03 Diver’s graphic, square-cased design who wants the lume itself to define the dial’s outline. Its appeal is not simply that it glows; it is that the lighting is restrained to the forms Bell & Ross wants the eye to follow. The 500-piece limit may matter to collectors, while the conflicting price and availability displays make direct confirmation essential for anyone considering a purchase.
