The official storefront names the watch “Série-R Chronograph – Skeleton – Limited edition” and categorizes it as an automatic chronograph. Depancel’s international English storefront displays a price of $1,595. That is the price shown on that storefront, not a guaranteed price in every market; currency, taxes and availability may vary.
Depancel describes itself on its homepage as a French independent watchmaker driven by automotive culture. That is the brand’s own positioning, not independent confirmation of where this specific watch is manufactured.
What is—and is not—known about the specifications
The reviewed official pages do not state the Skeleton’s caliber, case dimensions, thickness, lug width, water resistance, power reserve, production quantity or exact launch date. The listing establishes that it is an automatic chronograph, but it does not supply those details. In particular, “limited edition” does not disclose how many watches will be made.

Depancel publishes specifications for another Série-R chronograph, the Black Tangerine, but those figures cannot be assigned to the Skeleton. The Black Tangerine page lists a 40 × 36 mm case, 48.5 mm lug-to-lug, 13.3 mm thickness, 22 mm lug width, 316L steel, sapphire crystal, 50 m / 5 ATM water resistance, and a Peacock SL-4801 automatic movement with a 55-hour power reserve. These are specifications of the Black Tangerine edition only, as shown on its official product page.
How it sits in the Série-R range
Depancel’s official product catalog lists the Skeleton alongside the Série-R Chronograph Ice Blue. On that catalog at the time reviewed, the Skeleton is shown at $1,595 and Ice Blue at $1,495; other Série-R calendar models are listed at $850. These are storefront prices, not permanent price or specification comparisons, and the catalog does not establish that the other models share the Skeleton’s technical details.

For a useful comparison with Ice Blue or Black Tangerine, confirm the prices in the same market and check each model’s exact movement, dimensions, water resistance, power reserve, edition size, crystal and case material, and strap width. The official information reviewed supports a price comparison for the Skeleton and Ice Blue, but not a complete technical comparison for the Skeleton.

- Confirm the live price, taxes, stock and shipping terms on the storefront serving your location. An Amazon listing for this exact watch has not been verified.
Depancel’s catalog also lists accessories such as a watch roll and one-slot pouch, but the available listing information does not establish whether they are offered specifically for, or compatible with, the Skeleton.
