The 2024 Mark 2 H. Moser & Cie. Streamliner Centre Seconds keeps the line’s cushion-shaped steel case and integrated bracelet, but updates the dial branding and automatic movement. It returns in Matrix Green, the color collectors nickname “Green Dragon,” and introduces Purple Haze. Both versions use the HMC 201 calibre and share the same published case, water-resistance and power-reserve specifications.
What changed in the Mark 2 Streamliner Centre Seconds?
The update focuses on two details: the H. Moser & Cie. logo is applied in transparent lacquer, and the earlier HMC 200 movement is replaced by the HMC 201. The logo treatment leaves the sunburst fumé dial visually uninterrupted, while the movement’s presentation is more open.
The case and bracelet proportions were retained. In Rebecca Doulton’s 15 May 2024 first look for Monochrome, she wrote: “Before we look at the design and engine tweaks, it’s worth reassuring fans that nothing has been done to alter the streamlined ergonomics of the case and bracelet.”

Case and integrated-bracelet design
The watch has a 40 mm cushion-shaped steel case that flows directly into a lug-free integrated bracelet. Monochrome reports a thickness of 10.3 mm for the case, or 12.1 mm including the sapphire crystal; those figures describe different measurements. Its account also notes articulated bracelet links that taper toward the wrist, satin brushing and polished bevels.

The manufacturer describes the bracelet as an integrated mono-link steel design. The central seconds dial uses hour, minute and seconds hands with Globolight inserts, a ceramic-based material containing Super-LumiNova, according to Monochrome’s first look. The green and purple versions share these design features; the sources do not establish a difference in comfort or performance between them.
What the HMC 201 adds
The HMC 201 is an automatic movement displaying hours, minutes and central seconds. H. Moser & Cie. lists a 72-hour power reserve, equivalent to three days. Monochrome describes partially skeletonised bridges, a more openworked rotor and an anthracite finish, with a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour.

The calibre replaces the HMC 200 in the Centre Seconds, but it was not entirely new to the brand: Monochrome says it had recently appeared in the Pioneer Centre Seconds. The more open presentation is therefore a movement update for this Streamliner, not evidence that the underlying calibre debuted with it.

The manufacturer rates both references to 12 ATM (120 m). That is the published rating; the available sources do not provide activity-specific usage guidance or independent water-resistance test results, so it should not be read as a promise of suitability for a particular activity.

Price figures differ in tax treatment and date. Monochrome’s 15 May 2024 article reported CHF 21,900 including tax for each version and described that as CHF 2,000 above the earlier models. The current manufacturer product pages display CHF 21,900 excluding VAT. These are not equivalent all-in prices: the amount payable will depend on applicable VAT and location. The pages offer “Ask for more information” and “Reserve” options, which do not establish immediate stock or delivery timing.
