The practical choice is therefore not just between two prices: Watch7 offers smaller and Bluetooth options, while the Ultra is a larger LTE model positioned for outdoor use. Samsung describes Watch7 as an everyday wellness and workout watch, with features including more than 100 workouts, workout routines, sleep analysis, ECG, blood-pressure monitoring and dual-frequency GPS. These are Samsung’s product descriptions, not independent test findings.
