Garmin’s official release notes say System Software 22.06 was fully released for the fēnix 7/fēnix 7 Pro and tactix 7. It adds the Reps and Set time data fields to HIIT, improves the swim rest screen, and lists fixes for activity behavior, display and interface issues, and possible crashes. Garmin’s broader update announcement also names epix (Gen 2) and Enduro 2, but the available evidence does not include separate 22.06 release notes for those families.
What changed in Garmin software 22.06?
The official 22.06 release notes retrieved for this article are for the fēnix 7/fēnix 7 Pro and tactix 7. Garmin says the software was fully released for those families. Its list combines one HIIT data-field addition, two user-facing behavior or interface adjustments, and fixes for specific bugs.
The remaining device families in the title need an evidence distinction: Garmin’s broader update announcement names the fēnix 7 series, epix (Gen 2), tactix 7, and Enduro 2 among devices receiving software updates, but that announcement is not a 22.06 changelog. The available primary sources do not establish separate 22.06 release-note posts for epix or Enduro 2.
