What are the case dimensions and materials?
The announced case width is 36.5 mm. Fratello’s 2023 report gives additional dimensions of 42.7 mm lug to lug and 11.6 mm thick. The case is stainless steel, with a box-style sapphire crystal coated with anti-reflective treatment on its inner surface.
The watch comes on a steel bracelet, and the launch announcement specifies an additional cognac-colored calfskin strap. Fratello’s September 2023 specification report identifies a hand-wound Grand Seiko caliber 9S64 with a stated 72-hour power reserve. It also lists a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and hacking seconds, which allow the seconds hand to stop when setting the time. These technical details are from the contemporary report; a model-specific Grand Seiko technical specification page was not available in the cited material.

Grand Seiko’s French European Heritage collection page currently displays a price of €6,300 for the limited SBGW303. Fratello reported original launch prices of €6,300 and £5,500 in 2023.
