That displayed figure is different from prices reported at launch. Grönefeld’s timeline says the watch sold for €325,000 at the opening night of the Millionaires Fair in December 2008. A contemporary Horloge.info report gave launch prices of €325,000 for 18-carat 4N gold and €385,000 for 950 platinum. Fratello reported ten platinum examples and a €385,000 price in 2009. These are historical reports, not present-day quotes.

Is the Grönefeld GTM-06 still available?
Grönefeld’s platinum product page currently says “sold out” and states that orders cannot be accepted for the time being. Although the page includes general order information, its order form is not evidence that a GTM-06 can presently be ordered. The maker says reservations generally require a non-refundable 30% payment, with the balance due before delivery or shipment, and that building a watch can take several months to several years; those general terms do not override the GTM-06’s sold-out status.
