What stands out in the design?
The watch’s openworked movement is intended to make its construction part of the visual display. H. Moser & Cie. describes the HMC 811 as fully skeletonised and three-dimensional, with an anthracite-finished plate and bridges and a skeletonised gold oscillating weight. The blue synthetic spinel dial is small and domed, leaving the movement prominently visible; the matching rubber strap carries the blue theme onto the wrist.
The cylindrical hairspring and flying tourbillon are the defining mechanical features in the manufacturer’s description. These are design and construction claims, not independent tests of timekeeping accuracy or performance.

What is the Alpine collaboration and is this a numbered limited edition?
H. Moser & Cie. describes the 6811-1200 as the first creative result of its collaboration with Alpine Motorsports. Alpine’s official collaboration page says the cylindrical-tourbillon skeleton Alpine limited series was created in 2024 and refers to blue and pink versions. The examined product information does not state a production quantity for the blue reference 6811-1200, so a piece count cannot be confirmed from these sources. Alpine collaboration page
How does the 6811-1200 compare with the ceramic 6814-2100?
The references are related Alpine skeleton tourbillons, but their cases, movements and straps differ. H. Moser & Cie.’s current listing for the 6814-2100 describes a ceramic model, not a specification update to the steel 6811-1200.
