Those details describe the carbon automatic version—not every watch sold as a Stealth 300. Check the reference before comparing specifications or prices: the family also includes quartz chronographs and steel or titanium models.
What does the carbon automatic version offer?
The 2015 Time Transformed hands-on covered the Stealth 300 Metres Carbon automatic. Retailer listings for carbon automatic references align on the core configuration: a 46 mm case, automatic movement, carbon case and 30 bar water resistance. The caseback is titanium, and the watch is paired with a silicone strap.
| Specification | What the sources say |
|---|---|
| Case diameter | 46 mm, as reported for the carbon automatic version by Time Transformed and retailer listings. |
| Case material | Carbon for the automatic references listed by Oreste Troso. |
| Caseback | Titanium, according to the 2015 hands-on article. |
| Movement | Automatic for the carbon references identified in the Time Transformed article and Oreste Troso listings. |
| Water resistance | 30 ATM / 30 bar, published as 300 m for the carbon automatic model. This rating does not establish the condition or dive safety of a particular used watch. |
| Crystal | One dealer describes mineral glass with sapphire treatment. Do not assume this means a solid sapphire crystal; confirm the exact reference and seller specification. |
| Strap | Silicone strap options are listed. One retailer reports a 23 mm lug size for Stealth 300 references; verify the exact watch and attachment before ordering a replacement. |
How does it wear?
Ambrose Lancaster, writing for Time Transformed in 2015, said the watch “wears very comfortably” and described its low weight and use both underwater and day to day. These are that reviewer’s impressions, not results from a new test. A 46 mm case is still substantial on the wrist, so case diameter alone cannot predict fit; wrist shape, strap adjustment and the case’s profile also matter.
Is every Stealth 300 automatic?
No. The Stealth 300 name covers distinct configurations. The carbon automatic references are not interchangeable with the family’s quartz chronographs or steel and titanium variants.

- Carbon automatic: the variant discussed here, with an automatic movement and carbon case.
- Quartz chronograph: WATCHPRO USA reported in 2021 that Locman brought quartz versions into the Stealth dive collection. A retailer lists a carbon chronograph with a Ronda quartz movement, 46 mm case, 30 ATM rating and 23 mm lug size.
- Steel or titanium: other Stealth 300 listings use different case materials, so their specifications should not be carried over to the carbon automatic.
To identify a listing, compare the full reference, movement description and case material—not just “Stealth 300” or a product photo. For example, Oreste Troso identifies 0216V3-CBCBNKBS2B as an automatic carbon model with a blue silicone strap, while its listing for 0216V3-CBCBNKBS2K describes a related model with a black strap.
What did it cost, and what should buyers expect now?
Time Transformed reported on 26 May 2015 that the automatic Stealth 300 Metres Carbon would reach boutiques in June 2015 at a launch price of €975. A retailer snapshot crawled in 2026 showed €897.90 for the related black-strap reference 0216V3-CBCBNKBS2K. These are dated observations from different contexts, not a current market price or proof of current stock.

Before buying, confirm the exact reference and ask the seller to verify the movement, condition, warranty, return terms and present availability. For a pre-owned watch, service history and a current water-resistance test matter: the original 300 m rating does not guarantee that an individual watch remains safe to submerge.

- Match the reference. Record the complete reference number and colorway; similar names can describe different watches.
- Confirm the movement and case. Establish whether the listing is automatic or quartz chronograph, and whether its case is carbon, steel or titanium.
- Check the detailed specification. Ask how the seller describes the crystal, water resistance, lug width and strap attachment for that precise reference.
- Evaluate the individual watch and seller. Compare condition, service records, warranty, return policy, seller location and current stock—not just the asking price.
Locman’s Mare 300 MT is a separate line; its specifications should not be used to fill gaps in a Stealth 300 listing.
