Call alerts and call audio are not the same connection. A watch may remain connected to its companion app for features such as notifications while the Bluetooth connection used for calls is not established. Confirm whether the problem is that calls do not appear on the watch, or that calls appear but you cannot hear or speak through the watch. TOZO’s general smartwatch instructions specifically address a watch that receives messages but cannot make or receive calls.

Open the app already paired with your Watch 1 and check whether it shows the watch as connected. The available TOZO instructions do not confirm the Watch 1 companion-app name, so use the app you originally paired with this watch rather than assuming another model’s app applies.

Inspect the watch in your phone’s Bluetooth settings
Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings, select the watch’s device details, and check whether its call-related Bluetooth connection is established. TOZO’s support guidance treats this as distinct from the companion-app connection. If the call connection is missing, use the phone’s Bluetooth settings to forget or remove the watch pairing.

Reconnect through the companion app
Return to the companion app and follow its prompt to reconnect Bluetooth. If the app opens your phone’s Bluetooth settings, confirm the connection there. Then revisit the watch’s Bluetooth details and verify that the call-related connection is established. This sequence follows TOZO’s general smartwatch guidance: TOZO support and warranty guidance.
If Bluetooth calling still does not work
Do not apply reset steps from another TOZO watch model. The available S1 manual is for the S1, not the Watch 1, and its app or pairing instructions are not verified for this model: TOZO S1 instruction manual. The Watch 1-specific app name, Bluetooth labels, and reset procedure have not been confirmed in an official Watch 1 manual here. Check the Watch 1 documentation or contact TOZO support for model-specific instructions before resetting or repeating pairing steps that do not match your menus.

Contact support if the call connection will not establish after the reconnection sequence, and provide your Watch 1 model, phone model, and a description of whether call alerts work and whether call audio does.
