Apple Watch Ultra 2
Apple did not introduce a wholly new Ultra generation at this event. Instead, it announced a black titanium finish for Apple Watch Ultra 2. The event archive lists new Apple Watch Ultra 2 colors among the September 9 announcements.
That distinction matters when reading older launch coverage: the headline Apple Watch launch was Series 10, while the Ultra 2 update centered on finish options.
AirPods 4
Apple introduced two AirPods 4 versions: a standard model and AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation. The ANC version is the one to compare if noise reduction is important; do not assume that every AirPods 4 listing includes the feature.
Apple listed a U.S. starting price of $129 for AirPods 4 and said availability would begin September 20, 2024. That was the launch price and launch availability information, not a current price guarantee.
