Huawei launched the WATCH GT 6 Series on September 19, 2025, with Europe first; current local stock and buying channels must be checked in each country. The standard GT 6 comes in 46 mm and 41 mm versions, with different displays and battery claims. Huawei’s regional pages—not unverified prelaunch color reports—are the best guide to which finishes are listed where.
When did Huawei launch the Watch GT 6?
Huawei’s global support page said the WATCH GT 6 Series would be released on September 19, 2025, with Europe first to market. That date has passed. Huawei directs buyers to local announcements for purchase channels, so the launch date alone does not confirm current availability or stock in a particular country.
Watch GT 6 41 mm vs. 46 mm: specifications
Huawei’s Ireland specifications page lists two standard GT 6 sizes. The dimensions and weights below are Huawei theoretical specifications; measurements may vary between units. Battery figures are Huawei laboratory claims under stated use conditions, not guaranteed real-world results.
| Standard model | Dimensions and weight | Display | Huawei battery claims |
|---|---|---|---|
| WATCH GT 6 46 mm | 46 × 46 × 10.95 mm; approximately 51.3 g without strap | 1.47-inch AMOLED; 466 × 466 | Up to 21 days maximum; 12 days typical; 7 days with always-on display; 40 hours outdoor sport |
| WATCH GT 6 41 mm | 41.3 × 41.3 × 9.99 mm; approximately 37.5 g without strap | 1.32-inch AMOLED; 466 × 466 | Up to 14 days maximum; 7 days typical; 5 days with always-on display; 25 hours outdoor sport |
Choose by wrist fit and preferred case and display size, then consider the weight, strap material and color, and likely battery use. Huawei says actual battery life varies with usage and environment. Frequent sport tracking and always-on display use reduce the maximum-use figures.

Which Watch GT 6 colors are confirmed?
Colors and strap finishes depend on market and size. Huawei Ireland lists the 46 mm with black fluoroelastomer, green composite woven, and grey composite leather straps. Its 41 mm listings include black and lilac fluoroelastomer, white and brown composite leather, and gold Milanese options. Huawei Philippines lists different 41 mm configurations, including purple fluoroelastomer, white composite leather, and gold Milanese. These regional pages describe local listings, not universal stock.
Prelaunch reports discussed possible colors, but the reviewed evidence does not establish a primary source for a specific leaked palette. Treat those reports as unverified, not as an official worldwide color catalogue. Check the Huawei page or retailer listing for your country to confirm the exact color, size, and bundled strap.

Water resistance: important limits
Huawei lists 5 ATM under ISO 22810:2010 and IP69 under IEC 60529:2013. Huawei cautions that a 5 ATM rating does not mean the watch is suitable for use at a depth of 50 metres. It says shallow pool or coastal swimming is acceptable with care, followed by cleaning and drying.
Huawei advises against hot showers, hot springs, saunas, free diving, and scuba diving, and warns against soaps and cleaners. Water resistance can diminish with wear. Composite leather, woven, titanium, and ceramic straps are not designed for water activities or sweat; check the strap material before swimming.
